Wonderful. Brad is personable and very knowledgeable about the product. He was responsive to our questions. He was always on time. The installers did a great job in a timely manner, as well.

The owner of the company, Bradley Greer came out to my house today. Since I was in the hospital, my stepfather, a contractor and former Florida building inspector, stepped in for me. Mr. Greer wanted to demonstrate the system in our house, which wasn’t possible due to our faucet or necessary because all water companies can get to potable water. We wanted to know HOW he was going to get to it. The owner began to get very condescending when we passed on the demo and then rude when questions were asked about his system. He wanted to only talk about adding to our existing system rather than a completely new system which is what we were looking for. He left when he was questioned on his attitude and reason for not explaining what he was talking about-his system! When he was asked why he would talk to and treat customers in this manner he said he could treat people as he wanted to because he had plenty of customers and plenty of work. POOR customer service and POOR business quality. I would never recommend this company for anything knowing how he feels about his future customers and his attitude in general.

Water Solutions of Orlando provided a solution at a very reasonable price, significantly lower then competitors. When the install was performed the installer was professional and it only took about 90 minutes to complete. All landscaping was restored and the HOA required plants were planted in front of the filter system. I would recommend them for your water filter project.

Jack installed our water softener 12 years ago and we’ve been doing business together since then. I wanted to filter my water to remove fluoride, chloride and other contaminants. Jack was very responsive and gave me several options to meet my water purification needs. Also, I remodeled my kitchen a year after my system was installed and Jack came out and reinstalled my equipment and replaced the filters for practically the cost of a filter replacement. I highly recommend Water Solutions to everyone I know!

Excellent!! Have had system for 5 yrs now. Not one problem. Easy to reach returns calls and answers any questions. I recommended to several neighbors. They all came over and tried my water. They ALL have the system now too.

I brought the lowest level of commercial water system for residential system. I wanted it to handle the capacity for the house that is being built. I did have challenges starting out with system regenerating but they were always responsive with making sure everything was correct. They also provide free service for the first year so I was not charged for them to come out and resolve any issues. They have been out multiple times and they have been very responsive and informational to my concerns. I am very happy overall with the service and the system.

He arrived at the appointed time, removed the old water system and replaced it with an ECO System. He was professional, explained the workings, gave me bottom line hints and left printed material. He then cleaned up materials and removed the old Kenetico system. Work was done in an efficient manner and for the quoted price.
