+ -1 moreSamsung gave me the name of W V Electronics that take care of their Products, (mine was a Dishwasher) in the 32809 area. I called and talked to someone in the office and he said the repairman was out at that time and he would have him call me when he came in. About 10 to 12 days later I got a call to set up an appointment. I told him he was not needed at that time. I would not trust him to do any work if he works like he did in responding to a telephone call and calling me back.. I reported him to Samsung as unreliable and did not respond in a timely manner to my call..
Description of Work: Called Samsung to get a repair service for my dishwasher in my area that they use. They gave me this company name (W V Electronics)and I have called twice and gave them the information and they have not responded to my call to set up an appointment. I would not bother with them if that is the type service on phone calls because who know if they would come out after setting up an appointment to fix the dishwasher. I plan to call Samsung also and let them know I did not get any response after 4 days and the gentleman who took the information said the repairman would be calling when he came back to the business that day. He was out on a call when I gave the office personnel the information. Poorly run business practice I have a cell phone number I gave the office gentleman and m cell phone shows any missed calls so I am 100% sure they did not call back to set up an appt.
