 + 0 moreTerribly. As the description states, the repair was not made. I contacted the company this morning and, after telling the person who answered the phone exactly what I stated above, I asked them if they were going to make this right and complete the repair or if I should go elsewhere. He suggested I go elsewhere. I was shocked. It seems to me that a repairman who is working on a pool would tell you if there was a crack in a housing. Since the repairman did not tell me, I will assume he made the crack when he had a problem putting the part back together. I would like my pool to work properly. i think we could have come to an agreement about the crack, but the company was unwilling to even try. I have used Village Pools (AAA Pools) for at least 10 years. I find it difficult to believe they have changed the ethics of their business so significantly that they can reject business. Shame on them. I don't see how they can keep their A rating with Angie's List if they service other clients in the same way.
Description of Work: Have not been billed yet. I have used this company for many years. My staff has even had repairs done when I was out of town. My pool had no suction. The motor had leaves in part of it. I had to call a second time to be sure someone was coming as promised when I called the first time. The person who answered the phone was unsure if someone would be out on Tuesday. A repairman did come about an hour later. The repairman complained about the type of motor I had (installed by his company) and the leaves in my pool (which have been the same yearly since 1989). I could see he was struggling with the reconnect of the motor. This morning (Wednesday), I turned on the pool, and the basket nearest the motor had not been secured in place. I opened that section, and, while looking that over, discovered a crack on part of the motor-the part the repairman had been struggling with. I checked the pool basket. It was still not suctioning. So, in actuality, no repair was made and there was now a crack in the motor part.

 + -1 moreI WAS SURPRISED AT THE HIGH QUALITY OF WORK DONE IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. THEY ONLY WORKED TWO HALF DAYS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NEAT. I WASN'T EXPECTING SUCH GOOD WORK.
Description of Work: THEY GRADED THE AREA THEY WERE GOING TO DECK. THEY LAID THE FOUNDATION AND PAVERS.
