Our refrigerator was not getting cold enough and the freezer was not cold enough to keep food or ice frozen. Vic came out the same day we called, found the defective part and fixed the problem within an hour. Quick service and very professional. I will definitely call Vic again in the future.

Call Mr. Vic at 1pm and left meassage. He returned call within the hour and set appt for 1 hr later. Spent 20 minutes defrosting ice build up in freezer. Polite efficient gentleman, Would highly recommend to those in need of his services. We will call Mr. Vic in future if other appliances are needing repair work. Thanks for a job well done.

Vic is clearly a nice guy and I was impressed that he was able to come out right away and take a look at our washer. I wasnt looking to replace it just repair it because we are moving within the year and probably won't take the washer with us. Vic agreed to come out and didn't mention anything to me about a service call fee. Minimum, I was prepared to hire him for the repair but just needed confirm the repair needed. Turns out the washer was no repairable and Vic said I would have to buy a new one. I told him that I wasn't going to invest in a expensive washer at least not now and asked him if he knew of any scratch/dent places or a place I could get a second hand washer. Vic said they actually refurbish washers and that he probably had one for me for about 150-200 bucks. I was super excited because Vic said they would also deliver it and install it. Vic said he would check with his son and confirm what he had in stock and he would call me back that day. I never got a call back and I really didn't think all of 5min he spent at my house to tell me that I need to buy a new washer warranted a 55.00 fee. I would think he would have given me a break there especially when I pretty much told him I would buy the used washer from him.

Called Vic and he was nice enough to come to my house right away and was able to fix my refrigerator. I felt the price was fair considering the price of buying and I will call him if I ever have a problem with any of my appliances.

Here's a highly rated service provider who's impossible to get hold of. I send him a service request through AngiesList two days ago. No response. I emailed yesterday. No response. I call this morning twice, no one picks up the phone. He may be the best thing since sliced bread, but good luck to trying to get hold of him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and overall rating of C instead of F. But who knows!

They were professional and worked hard to determine the problem and fix it.

The service representative, Victor Reyes was punctual and professional. He fix the problem in 15 minutes. He did a great job.

Before coming to the house, the provider called to ask about the make and model of the refrigerator, and arrived with the right capacitor (which happened to be the problem) for the refrigerator. It has worked well ever since. I was impressed with the prompt response to our call (within one hour) and the of the repair.

The refrigerator stopped cooling Friday morning, I registered with Angie's list for the first time, selected Vic's Appliances Repair, called and spoke to Victor the owner, he stated he may be able to come out Saturday morning; he showed up approximately at 8:00 AM, quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue and was on his way within 30 minutes. Victor was very professional and I would use his services again and highly recommend his services.

Nothing happened - could not get the merchant to contact us back via phone or email....2.5 days and counting.

I messaged via AL and called directly. He called be back within 15 minutes and said he'd be to my house within an hour. Now, he did take an hour and five minutes, but there's road construction in my neighborhood so I can forgive that easily. He got started right away, was friendly enough, but mostly worked on it. He showed me the problem when he found it, and told me that there really wasn't any thing I could have done to fix or prevent it myself. He assured me that it was just a loose wire and nothing needed replaced. He gave me my price, took my check, and wrote up a receipt. He was on his way.

Microwave stopped working overnight. Called Vic the next morning and he came out that day with exact part needed for repair. This is our second time doing business with Vic and we will definitely call him again.

He was nice and professional but very unhappy with service. My refrigerator was not cooling and he told me I was low on freon. That only lasted two months so I had to call him back. This time he said I probably have a leak so he can plug it and it should last for about a year. Two months later same problem. I called and he denied telling me that the last repair would last for at least a year. However, he offered to return but I had to pay service fees again. Although, I explained to him that I am pregnant and most of my food had gone bad! Also, he never gives me a receipt but always promises to email it to me but I never get it!

It went beautifully. He showed up on time, and with all the needed parts. He knew exactly what needed to be done. I am extremely pleased with the repairs.

They emailed me initially, and I called them back and left a message. They called me back immediately, and they were very friendly and professional over the phone. Unfortunately, the deal was for Orlando, and I am from Missouri.

He did not completely fix the problem. My biggest complaint though is that he was very difficult to understand over the phone and in person because I believe english is a second language for him. He also was not very friendly. He did offer to come back after the initial service didnt resolve the refrigerator issue, but I decided to go with someone else I may be able to communicate better with.

The water in the refrigerator wasn't working. The technician said it must be frozen. We left the door open for about an hour with a blanket covering the rest of the freezer. The water started running! He was fantastic.

I called Vic requesting service. He returned the call within 15 minutes. He provided a quote for the service call and happened to be on our side of town at the time. He arrived at our house within an hour. His diagnostic work was quick and efficient and determined that the washer needed an electronics reset. The washer is working fine now. The service call cost was exactly what he quoted over the phone. Vic is now on our list of reliable and recommended appliance repair professionals.

At first, I called him and he called back immediately. He asked me to text him our address and a picture of the part that had fallen off the ice maker. I didn’t hear back for a couple of days so I called him back. He said he didn’t get the picture but then realized he had gotten the picture. He told me he was going to call the parts store to see if they had the part and then call back. He didn’t call for three days so I called him again and told him I'd have to get someone else out to do the work. He called me back and said he would be out at noon the next day. He never showed up and I never heard from him again.

The guy who came was great except he didn't have the parts so he had to come back. When he came back, he didn't have the right part again so that was a bit annoying. Even though it was very pleasant, it never got fixed. He said he would come back and spend more time on it. So the 1st time he didn't fix anything since he didn't have the part and the 2nd time he only fixed 1 thing and I would like all of the appliances to be fixed. He is supposed to come back and finish everything though and like I said the man is a very pleasant worker.
