Description of Work: He changed a part in the washing machine that took less than 20 minutes. He was not a talkative man. He was very fast, in and out. So far the washing machine works. I think the price was excessive.

Description of Work: Drain line was plugged. Steamed it, cleaned it and it worked! Complicated process to get to the part. Took his time removing pieces of the refrigerator from the inside and proceeded carefully. Professional and pleasant. What was a disappointment and a big hassle for me (daily leaks in the kitchen which were a nuisance and a safety concern) was just a problem that he diagnosed quickly. He knew what he was doing. The outcome has been great. I would call him again for another problem.

Description of Work: Vic quickly diagnosed the problem that was keeping my freezer and refrigerator from freezing or cooling. He already had the part needed on hand without knowing my model number. In just over an hour he had everything back up and running. Will definitely use again!

Description of Work: Took several days to respond to repair request call. When I asked, he told me not to purchase the Angie's List offer. Limited communication may be due to language issue. Arrived on time day of repair and replaced belt in dryer. I later noticed from packaging that replacement part he used was a different brand from dryer, but it solved the problem. Bill was $164. He did not give me an estimate or any kind of receipt and I felt I should've used Angie's List offer. Not entirely thrilled with experience. Poor communication on several levels.

Description of Work: I had them come out and look at a wine cooler that has stopped cooling. He could not find a leak but refilled the freon which hopefully will last me for a while. | |He called me a couple of hours prior to our scheduled time to confirm the appointment and asked if he could come early, which was fantastic. I will certainly keep him in mind for future appliance repairs.

Description of Work: Tried to remove water from drum inside Maytag washing machine. When you spun the drum by hand you could hear water sloshing around behind the drum. Unfortunately it seems that this is normal for this model of Maytag. Will not buy Maytag in the future.
