I originally contacted them back in May to have some pavers installed on the side of my house. Response was almost immediate and Andre came out to take a look and price the job. I couldn't have the pavers immediately installed due to an enclosure that needed to go up first. About a month later the enclosure was up so I contacted Andre and attempted to schedule the install. He gave me a date but said he would confirm once the week got closer. I didn't hear anything so I emailed him about a week later. Nothing... so I emailed him again another week later with no response. I tried to call earlier this week and let a voicemail. Still no contact. If they are unable to do the job then they could've just said so.
Description of Work: Install paver walkway on the side of my house.

They came out in order to give me a quote. They said that they would have the quote ready by the following week and never heard back

Since we use a third party company to send out our proposals sometimes they goes to the spam box or we have the email address misspelled. From the estimate and design to the final clean up, we were very pleased with the professionalism and availability of the owners, Andre and Andreia. The crew completed the job in one long day, the job was completed as designed, and the owners were available and prompt in responding to questions. Now we have a lovely outdoor space to enjoy! We will use them for our driveway in the future. Highly recommend.

She was very professional when she came out to do the estimate. I was looking forward to getting an estimate from her. However, she never provided me with the estimate. I called to follow up and she never returned my call. If the job was too small for them then a simple phone call to me would have been fine.

Description of Work: Installed over 1200 square feet brick paver patio extension. Andrea came for the estimate, answered all questions and provided estimate next day. Price was comparable. We met up for me to select color and pattern. Order was delayed due to manufacturer but this was not their fault. My calls were always returned promptly and any issues addressed.Pavers look beautiful. Overall very satisfied.

The owner came out for the estimate. He arrived on time and was very professional. Their pricing seems reasonable and I am definitely going to move forward with them for the job.
Description of Work: They came out to provide me with an estimate for cleaning and repairing my pool deck and walkway. They gave me a quote to extend my walkway as well.

They were awesome. They did about 3000 square feet of pavers and they did a great job. I would use them again. We have recommended them to several people.
Description of Work: Venture Brick Pavers put in a new sidewalk and put in an extra wide sidewalk on the front of the house. They paved our driveway. They installed new pavers around our entire back yard. They built two patios and went around the pool deck. They made my husband a huge grill area.
