USI Hastings Garage Doors

I was having a intermittent problem with my garage door closing properly. I called HASTINGS GARAGE DOOR SERVICE because they were the original contractor installer of my door. Robert the service mechanic found that a wasp nest caused damage to the circuit board. He replaced it and lubed all necessary parts. I received prompt and courteous service. GREAT WORK !! W.Salam

Brad is a professional at what he does. Brad had every tool he needed on the spot. ( I have no respect for a workman who asks me for my tools.) I watched the whole 1.5 hour process and was impressed with the methodical and certain approach he took to get the door realigned left to right and top to bottom. Brad demonstrated attention to the little details. The door closes and opens completely and with much less noise and friction. We are very pleased with the outcome and was glad he was the one we called. Brad offered some new installation options in a not pressured way, which we declined at the moment but will certainly consider in the future. The price is very reasonable and we highly recommended this company.

I got them off of Angie's List. I looked at the reviews and saw that they had the most number of feedbacks. I looked through about half a dozen of them. They are pretty good and pretty referable. When the house was built in 2000 I had used a company, but they are no longer in business. When I called them they said that Hastings Garage Doors is the one that I need to call. It was from the previous owner. I spent between $75 and $100. Their quality exceeded expectations. They were on time. The guy was real handy. He had a very good experience. His name was Mark. I'm actually going to call the company and tell them that they are great. I would definitely use them again in the future if need be.

I called about a broken garage door spring. The rep on the phone told me they replace both when one breaks because the other is likely to go soon, and told me the price would be $155. She gave me an appointment for the next day between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. The installer called at 11:30 the next day and told me he'd arrive in about 30 minutes. He did, and it took him about a half an hour to replace the springs.

They were very professional showed up on time, and quickly fixed the problem. I hope I don't need to call them again, but if I ever have garage door issues I will call Hastings.
