+ -1 moreThey did a wonderful job. There was a fellow there named Mario, he was awesome. He looked at my computer and he saw a burnt out widget and he said it was burnt out and it wasn't worth investing more money in the computer. Basically they saved me money. They were honest. They could have bull-shitted for money for parts which was not necessary. He was up-beat, smart. The company was starting up. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: I used Uptech Computers who did computer diagnostics for me.

+ -1 moreIt was a lousy service. The work that would have taken only weeks to fix took them months and when I try to reach them, no one would answer my calls. I had to keep calling because they tell you one thing but then they would not answer your calls. And despite all the hassle, they were not able to fix my computer.
Description of Work: We went to UPTECH COMPUTERS to have our computer repaired.

Description of Work: Computer delivered to Upteh, (after results of a virus infection) Computer very slow. Uptech performed required repairs & configuration to restore computer to original shape.

+ -1 moreI THINK THEY WERE MORE PROFESSIONAL THAN CIRCUIT CITY AND PLACES LIKE THAT. THEY WERE GEEKS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, BUT THEY WEREN'T POLISHED. THEY WERE HONEST. THEY DID THE JOB. IT WAS A REASONABLE PRICE.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO CLEAN UP A BUNCH OF STUFF. MY COMPUTER WAS CRASHING SO THEY FIXED IT. THEY PUT IN MORE MEMORY.
