+ -1 moreFirst experience the young man was not a great salesman but the manager came out and showed us all the prices which made me feel better because I was feeling nervous just letting someone tell me inconsistent pricing. We were able to find the hot tub of our dreams and our neighbor purchased one as well. I appreciate the openness on prices and willing to do what it takes to earn my business. I will definitely come back and refer my neighbors.

+ -1 moreThis company does not know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Description of Work: Called and made an appointment for a leak in the spa. Told that I would be the first appointment of the day between 9 and 11. At 11 the tech called and said he may be there at noon. When my wife got upset, He said "so you are cancelling" he hung up on her. When my wife called the manger, he did not even want to hear what she had to say but simply said "you yelled at the tech." this is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would never recommend this company.

+ -1 moreThey installed the pool half way, some of the parts are broken, the lights inside the pool are broken. Because it was not installed correctly my warranty is not valid on it. The guy that does the decking started installing the posts until he realized Unique Pools had never pulled the permit to do the work. The company is being completely unresponsive now, not returning calls and missing appointments. I told them I would even pay for the permit as long as they would finish the job and I still havent heard from them. I am not out $9,000 with a half finished pool and no deck.
Description of Work: I hired them to install an above ground pool and a 20x24 deck.
