The movers arrived early which was great for me. The did a great job of wrapping my furniture and they were very quick in getting things on the truck. Getting the items of the truck and into my new home when even faster. They were done in the minimum 3 hours they quoted and I was very happy with the service. I already told them I will be using their services again. Very nice friendly gentlemen.

Move went very well for most things. Had complicated table that had to be moved. Initially had trouble but brought in expert to resolve problem. Could have used one more mover from start.

I contacted two men and a truck at short notice and they were able to accommodate us. They quoted for our move and approx time which turned out to be 100% accurate. The office staff sent email quotation and called to confirm 24 hours befor. On the day of the move we actually had Three Men And a Truck turn up. They called when they were on there way with exact arrival time. The young men Ray, Franklin and Isiah were quick, hard working, efficient and very polite they made sure our furniture was well protected. Thoroughly recommend the company for moves.

They arrived on time and worked quickly. Only problem was that they lost hardware from our bed we bought last year. They did make good on it. They called the store, ordered and paid for a new set of hardware and once delivered by FedEx sent a crew out to put the bed together at no charge. The good instead of excellent is due to losing the hardware but i would still recommend and use them again!

Initially contacted me right away. Emailed me a form for me to fill out (inventory of items to be moved). Sent it back. Never heard from them again. Followed up, still nothing. It was a waste of my time filling out the long questionnaire. I'll go with someone who wants my business.

The move was very well done from the initial estimate from Marcell through the pack up by Cameron ( working coordinator/supervisor ), Jerry, Jason, and Pierre, the the unload in Seneca by Cameron and Joel. We were impressed by the work ethic, efficiency, and TLC, demonstrated by the entire staff.

Business service description (on AL): "Residential moving, packing and unpacking, Boxes & packing supplies, Load and unload services" Very disappointed because recent "A" ratings and location of this company seemed like a perfect fit. What didn't work well: - each email (with responses for additional details, dates, specifics) took 24-48 hours for a response - after providing all information, a month before the needed move date, estimator replied "we don't do that anymore; new policy" Requested service: pack contents and limited furnishings for a two-bedroom apartment, no appliances, no steps and then load on my rental truck for an out-of-state move. This would have been the easiest move for this company with plenty of advance notice for scheduling. Maybe they don't expect to be in business a month from now?

AMAZING, is the word all four of us continually repeated as we watched our movers, Mr. Davis, Mr. Montgomery and Mr. Rivera, complete our move from our third-floor apartment to our new one-story home. We were so stunned by their speed (complete with arriving even before the scheduled time), efficiency, professionalism and care with which they performed their work. We have NEVER seen anything like these guys, and we have moved over ten times in the last 34 years! They didn't take one break and not one complaint or negative word did they utter; conversely, they were so upbeat and positive, and every time we apologized for having to lug our stuff down three flights of stairs on a hot, humid Florida day they would smile and say, "it's what we do!" They treated our things as if they were their own, padded things that needed padded, wrapped the upholstered furniture in plastic wrap, padded the doorway of the new house so there would be no damage and not a nick or scratch could be found on either the apartment, the house or any of the furniture! Amazing! If every moving company and moving crew could be this fantastic it would be a wonderful world. Okay, maybe that's exaggerating, but when you've had your prized possessions manhandled and slammed by pokey and complaining moving guys as many times as we have you truly realize the incredible value of movers like the three men we had from Two Men and A Truck!!! Oh, and they completed the job in less time than estimated so our bill was less than anticipated! We love these guys and would not hesitate for one second to recommend them to anyone wanting to make the awful task of moving become an actual enjoyable experience!!

I've spoken to this company several times over the phone, and it didn't go well at all. We got a quote earlier, and I called today to cancel the move, and was treated horribly. The person I spoke to on the phone was very arrogant. My husband and I are very disappointed. I was asked why I was calling to cancel, and it was because we found another mover that fit our needs better. The person I spoke to on the phone made it clear that I was a cheapskate, and didn't care about the value or quality, and was very rude. I felt that this kind of treatment indicated that they didn't care about our move at all.

We used them before. They were very reliable. We will use them again. They were excellent, came on time, perfect, and did the job well.

They were awesome! Very helpful and professional. Careful and able to get it all done in two hours, as promised! We even had to reschedule once (my fault) and there were very understanding!

Perfect. Seriously, As a business owner I analyze every aspect of a service and they were immaculate. Their communication was flawless from start to finish. The job estimation was easy, quick and completely accurate. They followed up with a confirmation and reminder call, and called the morning of the move on the way to our house. They were on time and the three movers were amazing. They worked like robots (and I don't want this to come off as any kind of negative because they were also kind, helpful and open to any suggestion or need we had). They never stopped for breaks (I had to stop them every few hours to drink a bottle of water as I was worried about them!) Their team leader was a wonderfully professional young man named Ray, who explained every aspect of the process to me and proceeded to make sure that everything was done right. We had one small challenge at the end of the move (I believe that problems happen, but it's how a company handles them that makes a huge difference), and Ray offered me options and handled the situation beautifully and fairly. After the move, their offices followed up to make sure everything went well. Truly, about as close to a perfect move experience as you could expect. (As a note, I put a B on price because while the price was good, it wasn't the cheapest. But as I believe you get what you pay for, the price was really good!)

I called everyday for almost two weeks and was always told "We are on the other line with another estimate can we return your call?' I understand that this is a busy moving season but I would expect a phone call back at some point. On Thursday I called to try again to get an estimate and was told yet once again that I would be called back. My boyfriend calls not even 5 minutes later and they take all his information as well as gave him a quote. I still haven't received a return phone call. Will never ever use this company.

Freddie, Jason and Paul were excellent. They worked NON Stop for 8 hours. They ate their lunch while driving and didnt take any breaks. I would highly recommend them.

While moving the people next door they parked their truck in front of my house. TruGreen arrived for an appointment to spray my lawn. The movers were politely asked to move the truck and would not do so. I called their office and requested they move the truck to in front of the next house so my lawn could be sprayed. THe basic attitude was "screw you". Needless to say when I need a mover I won't be calling them.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and took great care of our things. The pricing was reasonable and I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would recommend this company to others.

They were on time. They moved some sensitive electronic equipment. They had to wait while I finished a conference call and were very patient about it. Highly recommended. Great price. Great job.

The guys were fine: but did not listen well to instructions re: don't scoot furniture on the hardwood floors, lift it. "Put it here, not there." And "I want it here"...they ended up putting all my outdoor furniture: some of it heavy: where ever they wished. See above comment. Were twice as expensive as estimated. Scratched wood floors, and chipped all door ways they went through. We called the company. They have promised somewhat of a refund, AND that someone would call us re: fixing the broken screen door, the hardwood floors, and all the doors that were chipped. They are "sorry" that they underestimated a 3,200 sq foot house to be one truck and one trip. (really: I am not a mover, and I could figure that one out!) , and they have promised a check AND repairs to the house. It is 2 weeks later, I have called twice: no return calls: no check in the mail, no contractors calling me to repair the house. What is up with this company? Two men and a Truck have a good reputation in Orlando, but somehow, we got a bad deal, due to bad estimating, inexperienced movers, AND lack of care for our furniture and the house. Fortunately, as far as I know, none of our furniture was hurt. One positive of the move. We do NOT recommend these movers, and we are NOT happy with the cost, with no return phone calls, and so far: no repairs to our new home. I wouldn't have this company move anything!

The movers themselves were great and professional! It was the administration that I have a problem with. The first time I called, I told them I would not need boxes and supplies. However, I called back and I requested boxes and packing and they said they would send me an email confirmation. When I did not recieve the confirmation initially, I called back and subsequently received the confirmation stating that they would bring boxes and packing supplies. When they showed up, they did not have any boxes and supplies and yet I was billed for it even though I had to get my own supplies.

We had an exceptional experience with two men and a truck with our recent local move. From the quote process to the actual move, these guys were professional and courteous. Top Notch! During the move we had Ray,Buck and Floyd arrive at our home right on time and went straight to work, They were extremely cautious in moving our things while being very efficient. They worked without a break and were really great gentlemen to work with and moved us in much less time and cost vs the estimate. A real pleasure to work with, as they even sent two superviors to check on the progress at mid day. You may find what will appear to be lesser hourly rate, but if you value professionalism, this is an absolute great choice. We've moved long distances a few times and understand the risk involved, without question, Two Men and a Truck were the very best experience. My hats off to Ray, Buck and Floyd for a Job WELL DONE! The movers arrived on time and made a quick survey of my home to see what needed to be moved. They were very professional looking and worked very hard to take everything we asked them too. They were very careful with the furniture and used lots of plastic wrap and blankets. They worked 4 hours straight with only a few short breaks for water and gator-aid (is was a very hot day). I even asked them to put my washer and dryer on last so that we could drop them off at my son's house that was on the way to our new house. I would definitely use these guys again.

Ricky and Adam were our two movers and I can't say enough about their professionalism, attention to detail and customer service. Due to a closing mistake by Wells Fargo, our move was delayed 4 days. Two Men and a Truck were able to accommodate our last minute change of date. They arrived at the old house on time, and quickly but carefully packed their truck...I mean packed. Their expertise in fitting things in amazed my husband who was stationed at that location. Upon their arrival at our new home, they came in and introduced themselves and asked for a brief tour to get a lay of the land so to speak. they then got to work and I have never seen such efficiency in moving furniture sometimes up 19 stairs. Nothing was damaged, broken, or scuffed. The job was larger than I had thought and therefore they worked later than they had planned. Not one complaint and it truly was the best customer service we have received for this move.

We were able to reserve Two Men and a Truck to send out 2 people to move the contents of a box truck into our house. We reserved the company on 7/3/13 to use them on 7/5/13 when we arrived with the box truck. We were grateful to get them on short notice after another company (rated a "B" on Angie's List), who quoted a price of $28/hr (on reservation one month earlier), told us on moving day that we would have to pay $40/hr regardless of the written quote and they expected a minimum of $495 in cash only. We cancelled that company and called Two Men and a Truck after asking Angie's List for "A" rated movers. We drove the truck and just needed people to carry the heavy stuff in to the house. Two very nice men moved the contents from the box truck into the house and placed them in the correct locations. It only took 1/2 hour but we had to pay for a full hour. Nothing was broken and all went well. We gave each mover a $30 tip on top of the $240 charged by the company.
