Two Men and A Truck

Disappointed - movers seemed resentful generally and especially on my need/request to have them arrange furniture as I desired at destination (even thought I was entitled to another 30 minutes). I was never given the opportunity to inspect trucks as indicated on the walk through checklist. Mover left dolly on its side, which fell over and damaged vinyl floor in kitchen. Office staff should have sent copy of (1) walk through checklist prior to move and (2) contract prior to move for me to review. Did a good job on reassembling a desk after delivery however.

they moved my items within the city. Very professional. There was one damaged item but they were very professional about it and had it replaced and returned promptly. excellent communication.

Went smooth. Could have been faster had they arrived on time or had a 3rd guy.

I had a friend with a pickup truck and some of my relatives to move the piano on a Monday, but it was too heavy for them to lift, so I decided to leave to job to professionals. I called Two Men & a Truck on a Tuesday, and they were able to pick the piano up the same day, late in the afternoon.(!). They did send a third person, who was definitely needed for this job. I hired this company to move a small piano about 2 miles. The only complaint I had is that I thought they would call me when they were on the way. They showed up at the garage where the piano was exactly on time, which was fine with me, but a surprise to the person who had the piano, although I had called her earlier during that day to expect them. I paid a deposit of the charges + 15 minutes time, the actual move time from start to finish was 45 minutes, which pleased me immensely. Overall I rate this move A+.

The drivers were about an hour late. My move was their first in the am and they got there past 9 a.m. when they needed to have been there by 8:30. It took 3 men three hours what the previous movers had taken 2 1/2 with two men to do. In the process they broke a piece of furniture and bruised several others. To add insult to injury, it took one whole week for the office to get back to me about fixing/replacing/refunding my broken furniture, and by the time they did get back what they offered for the replacement was so minimal it was not worth fighting for.

They gave me great service. I used them because other people recommended them.

I cannot say enough about the two men who actually completed our move - Leo and Tony. They did an outstanding job and worked very hard. Ours was the second move in their day, and they had to bring everything up stairs. They never complained and just kept going! They were very careful with all our belongings. We did have several miscommunications with the office staff related to cost, pick-up time, and discounts, but after some negotiations, it was all resolved to our satisfaction. Despite these issues, I would use Two Men and a Truck again, because the two men who did our move were outstanding ... and that's where the rubber meets the road.

The movers were quick and did a good job of not only moving all the furniture - but placing it in the right rooms in our new house and assembling what needed to be dissembled for the move.

They were very professional and helpful. They wrapped all our furniture in cloth and were gentle with it. Extremely fast workers and got the job done quickly. They wore booties to not get dirt on the carpet. They also took apart our bed frame and put it back together. They had us line up where we wanted the furniture and would keep moving it back and forth to line up where we wanted it instead of just dropping it in the middle of the room. Very nice to work with!

We had a wonderful experience with this Two Men & a Truck. Stephanie in the office was quick to respond & very thorough with her quote. And our movers, Michael & Kenny were fantastic. They showed up on time with great attitudes, were courteous and efficient, and even beat the estimate on how long it would take to move our items. Best experience I've ever had with a moving company.

Broke several of my dishes and banged up my furniture and my place. I almost placed a complaint to BBB. I would have, except I was renovating at same time and had a lot going on.....

My husband and I have moved over a dozen times during our marriage, and our recent experience with "Two Men and a Truck" on 379 W. Michigan Street in Orlando, Florida was not only the best, but exceeded our expectations. The office managers, Erik and Lori, answered all of our questions, returned our calls, and emailed a copy of all of the paperwork, so there were no surprises. James, Justin and David were polite and efficient, and took extra care covering and moving the furniture (even up three flights of stairs). Accidently broke a marble top piece but got it handled immediately. I found them to be honest and trustworthy. They worked straight through for 6 hours. I would recommend them.

I've used them 3 times. They did an excellent job and I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone. They were on time and they were neat. The young men were well groomed and well dressed. They knew what they were doing. They were extremely efficient. There was no wasted time or motion.

I had to get rid of washer and dryer cause they did not want to put it on the truck. They mishandled my cabinets, and called their manager and had him call and tell me not to talk to the men moving the stuff. they did not wrap my furniture in plastic. I was not satisfied at all.
