TOTAL LAWN AND TREE INC

Several emails were sent back and forth over the course of contracted period. I expressed my disappointment in the service and the quality. From April to July the lawn was only cut 3 times. Anyone who lives in Florida knows that the grass grows like a weed during these months. I even had to contact an attorney to send a letter to the company asked for them to honor the contract. It all came to an end when an email send from Tom (the owner) stating that I was being discharged as a customer. This too violated the contract because I was not given 30 days written notice. I sent an email requesting a refund for the remainder of the portion that was paid. The response send by Tom called me an extortionist and that I was to cease further communication. I ended all communication. About a week later, I had an email in my inbox from the company indicating that they would be in my area, would I like them to cut the lawn. Of course, I said, "yes" since I had yet to see a refund. Naturally, he did not show up. Needless to say, do not hire this company unless you like to throw your money away for sloppy work and bad professionalism.

Tom, the owner, was very professional and did what I wanted done until the check cleared. I called him back to come inspect the lawn since it has been over a month and I didn't see any new growth. He answered the first three times I called, but started to avoid me and never came back out when he said he would. I am very upset. I had another two landscapers come out after a month and a half to inspect my lawn and they stated that they don't see any Argentine Bahia grass anywhere growing among the old St. Augustine grass. Basically, I was played for a fool and Tom at Total Lawn and Tree ran with my money.
