He plays a good game, shows up and acts like he is your best friend, quotes bible scripture to you and has such on his proposals. He will call you several times to appear to show you that he wants the job...THEN...BANG..HE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND RUNS!!! I wouldn't hire this person for ANY job. Beleive the other report, he needs the money, because he is too busy fleecing good citizens out of their money and avoiding the law!!
Description of Work: He did NOTHING!! He never showed up to do the job, of course, he took my 50% deposit and ran!

HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB, BUT HE NEVER CAME ON TIME, HE HAD A LOT OF OUTSIDE ISSUES SO THEREFORE HE NEEDED HIS PAYMENTS UPFRONT (THAT MIGHT HAVE JUST BEEN THE CASE AT THAT SPECIFIC TIME). HE ALSO NEVER MENTIONED THE TERMITE SPAYING BEFORE POURING THE CONCRETE THEREFORE HE FAILED THE COUNTY'S INSPECTION. HE DIDN'T MENTION THE COST OF THE TERMITE SPRAY. IN CONCLUSION, HE WASN'T EVEN CLOSE TO BECOMING A PROFESSIONAL. IF YOU HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD TO KEEP TRACK OF WHAT HE IS DOING, HE DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB AND HE HAS A VERY GOOD HEART. SO, I WOULD LIKE YOU TO HIRE HIM IF YOU CAN BECAUSE HE NEEDS MONEY.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED THE GRASS AND PREPARED THE AREA. THEN THEY POURED THE CONCRETE FOR THE BASE OF OUR SCREEN PORCH.
