This was my third visit since finding this fabulous electrician thru my carpenter, who met him on a historical home renovation. Mr. Payne is one of those rare individuals who truly cares about his customers and values the quality of his work. What's more, he never leaves a mess, always cleaning up after himself, rare indeed! He is so thoughtful and kind-hearted too. I am moving into a new house and had him install that new ceiling fan/light that did not come with a remote. I told him I was sure I would need him again and would try to remember to pick up a remote kit for it. Needless to say, I forgot but bless his heart, when he was at the supply house and saw a universal kit, he thought of me and picked it up for me even though I had not mentioned that item when I called for service this time. I was so touched and pleased that he had looked out for me and was able to correct that deficiency at the same time. PTL for fine folks like this! I will never call any other electrician ever again but him!!!

I met this man thru my carpenter/handyman and he did an excellent all-day job previously to hang ceiling fans/lights, etc. in my new home. This time it was a few more of the same things in addition to new outlets and switches that had gotten yellowed with time. He will even go to the store to fetch things you don't have if you are unprepared like I was each time. He is knowledgeable, kind-hearted and offers free advice; he cares about your welfare. He does an excellent job and cleans up after, something a lot of electricians and workmen in general do not do at all. I just can't say enough good things about this fine young man.

This man was referred to me by my carpenter who had worked with him on another house. Since he saw good work and clean work, he gave me his card. I called and asked for an appt. He was punctual and went right to work and also gave me some good advice on things. He noticed booboos by the former electrician which he corrected too. He did an excellent job on each item and didn't leave any messes whatsoever. He was very mindful of the condition of things and leaving it as he found it. I couldn't be more pleased with his service. He's a very nice man who cares about his reputation and his customers. I will be having him out again once I get moved in and know where I want some additional things placed. I heartily recommend him to everyone.
