+ -1 moreThe process went great! Tish took the time to and quot;interviewand quot; me on the phone and understand my goals for the property search trip. She was very patient with my changes in plans that occurred a few times with our scheduling previews (my work dictated some cancellations and my sister made some last minute request changes in what to look for). When we finally met, TIsh was very prepared for our tours and she was very professional and very knowledgeable about the communities we went to visit. Working with Tish was a very pleasant experience and even though my sister and her husband have not yet purchased a place here in New Smyrna Beach, they will be calling on Tish to help in the future when they do finally make a decision. Tish was great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone wanting assistance buying or selling a home/condo in the New Smyrna Beach area.
Description of Work: I was looking in the are for a local real estate sales person to help me preview some properties for my sister and brother-in-law who were looking for a vacation home here in New Smyrna Beach but live out of town. They wanted me to do some of the upfront work for them. Tish realized up front that I was not going to be buying a home/condo in the near future, but she still was willing to assist me in looking for and previewing properties for my sister.
