+ -1 morePurchased tile from the store on Colonial Dr. The worker recommended and called Luis Lenis, who returned my call almost immediately. We set up a time for the estimate. Luis arrived on time, showed us some photos of previous jobs, and gave us an estimate of work to be done. Since our bathroom toilet and pedestal sink had to be removed, we opted to replace these with new items. Mr. Lenis is the consummate professional. He did his best to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house by spraying with water, and installing plastic barriers. Installed new bathroom items without any additional labor charges, even though he had to make numerous trips to the store to get additional parts due to our special water pipes. Job came out perfectly. Not a single complaint.
Description of Work: New Tile and Backsplash. Approx. 600 sf. Replaced toilet and sink in bathroom.

+ -1 moreThey were wonderful! We got 18 inch porcelain for $179 a tile. They delivered the same day because I was in a bind with time, even though they had already scheduled the delivery truck. They helped us pick it out as soon as we got there. It was the best service experience at a great price!!
Description of Work: We bought an 18 inch square porcelain tile from their warehouse. They also sold us the mortar and grout.

+ -1 moreWE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE SHOWROOM ATTENDANTS. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL IN CHOOSING THE TILES THAT I WOULD BE HAPPY WITH. THEY ALSO ANSWERED ALL OF THE QUESTIONS WE HAD WITH THE TILE INSTALLATION
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED 20 BOXES OF 16 INCH ITALIAN TILES ALONG WITH TWO PACKAGES OF CHARCOAL GROUT AND SIX STRIPS OF ULTRA FLEX MOLDING.
