Theresa was an excellent real estate agent for us. We needed to sell an older condo in need of repairs. She helped us through all of the steps along the way. She kept in touch with us as we worked on the repairs, and then met with us to prepare the condo to be put on the market. We lived out of town, and she was in constant contact with us about the number of people looking at the property and the people interested in buying. She regularly called and sent emails with updates. This made a big difference. When we did hit a few snags because of the HOA issues and prospective buyers' requests, she always found a solution and kept us encouraged.
