I used them mainly because I was sick of using contractors. However, I was not very pleased with them. I would not recommend them to others. The original quote I had was $2400 and then it changes because they forgot few things. They then told me that it would cost me more. They ripped off the old skylight and said there was a certain part that was needed. I had new skylights with solar blinds. They are remote controlled solar blind. They told me that they had to get a frame for the solar blinds which will cost me extra $150 for each window. I checked online and found that those blinds were indeed needed so I went with them. The guy who came was very professional. He took pictures and sent me emails that were very specific. He has photographs of work they had done before and they were great. That is the reason why I went with them. After that the guy who came did not know how to program. I called them and complained about what was going on. I told him that it was unprofessional. To this the guy I spoke to told me that he may need to go get training on how to work on the solar blinds. They installed this in December and they finish the working March. There is still a gap between the blinds and the skylights. I wanted them to program the remote and installed them on the wall. It was not a big thing. They told me that programming and installing the remote was not in the contract. I don?t think he even knew how to do it. The guy that came first was a very good salesman. The quote they gave me was very professional. The product they installed was good but their service was not good. I think their pricing was fair.
