They have managed my three rental properties for 5 years now, and I love how attentive and professional they are. I've worked with Jobe, Jacob and Seth but honestly everyone at the company is a delight! I highly recommend their property management services for anyone needing a manager in Central Florida! 10/20/2020 These ppl are very manipulative and has a great lack of empathy. I’m a single mom of 4 children. These ppl refuse to give me my deposit back after moving out. The apartment was in terrible condition when I moved in! The property on S Orange Blossom Trail is garbage. The apartments are flooded with water every time it rains literally. This is the worst company I ever encountered. These ppl are not in the business for caring or even being considerate for single moms. I wish I could give them a zero! PSA don’t let these ppl steal your money like they stole mine! Best advice Runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn 11/01/2020 Update!!!!! So I got this email due to me expressing my true feelings about not receiving my security deposit back. I was offered less than 25% of my deposit to remove the truth behind the company the listing management! After being insulted by this offer, I advised him that I respectfully decline his offer and brought to his attention that he was BREAKING the LAW by reaching out to me directly instead of my Attorney whom he has been in contact with for the last 8 months! The arrogance immediately left the tone of his voice and he was ready to disconnect the call. Ironically, I never read the previous comments but I see it’s not just me simply complaining others are too. It’s apparent that the only thing this company is good at is taking ppl money and treating them unfairly oh and bribery. Eye opener every other Google comment has a response except mine. I got an Personal email and phone call to pay me to remove the God honest truth. What’s right is right and what’s wrong is wrong. The Bible says a fool is wise in his own eyes. 01/31/2021 Update!!!!! I just realized that the company used my deposit to remodel the apartment I moved out!!!!! How can you charge someone $700 to paint the walls when that’s considered normal wear and tear???? Oh and the response about me making multiple comments from different account!!!!! It’s not fraudulent it’s me just simply grabbing a phone and writing the TRUTH!!!!! Think about it Jobe!!!!! If you build a business with a pure heart, you wouldn’t be running into the problems that you are in!!!!! A home is someone’s safe haven and when you interfere with that then there’s a problem! I should have not been charged $700 for y’all to repaint the walls PERIOD!!!!!
