The vent is located under the house in the crawl space. The handymman they sent was Keith McBrien, he arrived on time and did a great job. Very professional and thorough. The total he charged was even a bit less than his estimate.

Was very pleased with the work and would hire them again.

This company did an excellent job at my house. They were very thorough with the job. They made sure that my ladder was secure and that the flooring would not detach. They also cleaned up the work area taking all of the trash with them. I am very pleased with the job they did. My price had a discount coupon of $50, which really made it a bargain.

Handyman connection comes in just that, handy to have around. I have used them before and the work is always done properly. I purchased the doors and he installed them within a couple of hours. I would recommend them to others in the area as reliable and consistent in the quality of work received.

I was not very happy with this company's work. They had given me a quote for the job they did and a threshold that they would put up but at the end they didn't put up the threshold and still charged me the same amount. The man was constantly calling me honey and sweetie and I found that not to be very professional and irritating.

They were prompt and courteous. The work was shoddy and seriously lacking in detail and looked as if it had been done by an amateur. I had asked them to spray the doors and he ROLLED them. They were spotty and drippy and needed to be sanded and re-done. My husband had to take the first week off as vacation just to follow this Mr. Stevenson around-literally behind everything he did and ask him to re-do it. I am still finding trim and crown that was not even given 1 coat of paint let alone the 2 we contracted for. My husband then had to take off another week so that he could again follow behind this man and get at least a reasonable job accomplished. Beyond that disappointment-they were filthy. They left the place full of sanding dust-never covered anything-All the electronics in the rooms were covered with sanding dust and cement dust and it has taken me forever to clean it. There was paint all over my wood and tile floors. We don't want them in our home again.

Jason was very personable and gave me a reasonable estimate of the cost of the job. However, I mistakenly assumed the cost of materials was included, which ran an extra $260. It took around 4 full days for completion and on the last couple of days the quality of his work began to decline a bit. I ended up completing some of the painting and staining as he was rushing to finish and I wasn't satisfied with the way things were turning out. When Jason came to work on Saturday (working from noon until 7:00 p.m.) he brought along his 6 year old daughter which made for a long day for all of us. On the positive side, Jason worked quickly and was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was kind to my little dog and friendly and helpful to me. I believe he was feeling pressed for time and therefore, felt rushed toward the end of the job. I would gladly hire him again for future work.

They were very quick to respond over the phone, and a person was out in a few days. The gentleman that came was very nice and knowledgeable. It is hard for me to compare the price and quality because I had nothing to compare it to.

They presented themselves as if they didn't know what they were doing. Their price was very expensive as well.

Guy and Shane (father and son) showed up; called when running a few minutes late; did good work, clean, polite. I would use them again.

He was on time and very courteous and professional. The job took him a few hours, which seemed reasonable. Best of all, he used our existing materials and simply fixed them up and rebuilt what was already there. Other companies we received estimates from said we'd have to pay a few hundred dollars for parts, but that wasn't the case with Handyman Connection. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, great work!

Even though we did not select this company for the work, they were extremely professional and prompt. If it were not for the pricing I would have chosen them.

I was very pleased with this company from the beginning. They called the night before to confirm appt and to tell me the name of the repairman and what type of vehicle he was driving. The repairman called to tell me when he would be arriving--which was on time. All work was performed professionally and the repairman was very polite. All work was done according to the written estimate.

They were good. There work was good. They stand by their work. They are professional.

They did a lot better job on my roof than other contractors. Their estimate was a lot less than those from other contractors. They said I didn't need a new roof or skylight, I just had some shingles that had been dislodged. I was very happy with that.

Each technician was very professional, courteous, neat, & prompt.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD USED THEM. THE HANDYMAN WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND VERY EFFICIENT. WHEN HE HAD TO BE DELAYED HE WAS VERY PROMPT IN NOTIFYING US.
