They had to take out a section of our cabinets in order to get the faucet to fit snuggly- the way it is supposed to and they did a completely perfect job, didn't destroy the neighboring cabinets OR wreck the granite counter top! They even piled the pieces of cabinet neatly in our garage and now we are trying to think of what to do with the scraps. While they were installing the faucet they also hooked up the water system in our fridge so now we have ice cold filtered water and ice whenever we want it, hooray! They responded promptly to our request for an appointment, got there on time, and got the job done. They were polite and professional. I provided them a list of things and they did they all, no excuses.

Would not call again even though the man who did the job was very good. The people who own the Co. I feel personally charge to much labor

After calling a number of listed handymen I was happy when the phone was answered with a friendly voice with a smile in her voice. She made the appointment and Ray showed up to see my jobs and make an estimate. Ray returned after finishing up another job the same day and began the work. The work took longer than thought and Ray returned the next day to finish up the last item on my list. All in all very happy with the service and have already asked for a estimate on a couple more things I need done. Have already told my girlfriend she needs to give them a call.

Handyman Connection did a great job supplying just the right people for the job. Sebastian came on Saturday to give us an estimate. After calling on Monday to approve the job, they came by on Thursday to review what supplies were required. The job was started on Monday and complete by Thursday afternoon which was the time estimated. They did a wonderful job. We were extremely pleased and would use them again.

I called to setup a time on Friday and they had an opening on Saturday. Doug came out, gave me an estimate and when I agreed to the price, he got to work. It took about an hour to an hour and a half and the holes were patched. Doug came back out a second time for about a half an hour to sand again and then put popcorn on the ceiling to match the surrounding area.

Another company did the mold job. installed new vanity and other bathroom fixtures. Painted bathroom and drywall. You could not see that there was a large repair done

The appointment was at 1 and they arrived at 3:30. The door they brought was a standard size door and it was too long so they cut the top off only instead of cutting both ends equally. This resulted in a hallow space showing because it was a hallow core door. They also worked the last hour and a half with flash lights which contributed to the lousy job they did. They were polite but I had to lend them a 1 inch bore.

I made a post a couple of days ago when I initiated this service and at the time I was so frustrated because the technician was a no call no show that I said I would not use this company ever. The following day I received a call from the manager and the owner and to keep it simple I decided to give them a second try. When I asked Paul what level of confidence I should have that someone would show this time he said that i could be 100% confident. Once again keeping the details short and to the point... He was right. The individual that he sent this time was professional and courteous and kept me informed as to what time I should expect him to arrive. He completed the task and allowed me the opportunity to check to make sure everything was done according to my request...which it was. I am happy to say that things worked out well and I am happy that I gave them a second chance. Because Paul was a man that stood behind his word, I would use this company again. ...after all, not so good things happen, but it is all in how you manage them. Thanks for making it right!

I called Handyman from my Angie's List. Had heard great stories on the radio about there trust to get the work done. I spoke to Paul from the Handyman and he called a plumber by the name Ken from ServiceOne. He was on time and detailed. He explained everything to me after doing a thorough assessment of work that needed to be done. He did the emergency management of replacing the plumbing tube for my neighbors and I. He additionally pointed out deficiencies that still needed correction and gave me a scope of what I needed to plan for up ahead. He did only what he absolutely needed to get leaks corrected. Paul from Handyman also sent out Wayne Freeland that was knowledgable in completing a detailed work description order. Ken Bailey made an emergency follow up call for Ms Carol and she was very impressed with the speed Ken Bailey handled the problem. Paul, Wayne Freeland and Ken Bailey really want to say thankyou and share with others seeking excellent service.

I initially contacted this company on this past Saturday and was pleasantly surprised that someone answered the phone and took my request for the installation of 4-5 wall mounted TVs. She scheduled the appointment for today, March 4th and indicated that the gentleman would arrive between 530pm and 6pm to give an estimate and if I agreed with the estimate, they would perform the work immediately. I was so excited. This morning, I received a call from a gentleman confirming the appointment for this evening. Once again, impressed and excited. About 6:10pm, I looked out the window to see if anyone was in my driveway and no one was there. I called the company at the number they called me on this morning to ask if anyone was coming. The lady that answered the phone indicated that she was not sure where the worker was but she would have the manager call me. At 6:45pm the manager still had not called. So, I called the number that I initially dialed and the lady that answered this time, she that she was unaware, the office was closed and that she could take a message. How is that for customer service? At the writing of this post, 6:54pm, the worker still has not showed nor has he called. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY KNOCKED AT THE DOOR NOW!....BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

We had absolutely no problem at all with the guy who responded to our call for an estimate. He was very professional, sounded like he knew what he was talking about, and really put together a good plan. We had no doubt that he'd have done a good, quality job. The problem was the total cost. The estimate came in more than $500 over other estimates we had prepared. And to be honest, knowing the nature of the business being a co-op, we had expected that it might be the most expensive option. I'm sure some of what he'd make has to go to the head office for the privilege of them taking care of the overhead. If you want it done straight away and can't find any other reliable option in the area, I'd say you can trust their guys. But make sure you check around first.

I've used Handyman Company several times in the past, most recently on November 2012, and have been very pleased with them each and every time. My most recent attempt to use their services didn't go as well. I called them on January 22, 2013, to remove an existing ceiling fan and install a new ceiling fan outside on the lanai. The ceiling is 14' high and I stressed that point at least twice when I made the appointment for them to come on the 23rd and quote the job. On the 23rd their serviceman came at the scheduled time to view and confirm the job and quote a price but had only an 8' ladder and stated that he had no idea the ceiling was so high. (I called their office again to advise that I had been very specific about the height of the ceiling when I first called them and that their serviceman came unprepared with an 8' ladder. The office told me that the serviceman had specifically been told of the ceiling height and they'd have it taken care of.) The quoted price I thought was fair but the man had to leave and get a taller ladder before doing the job. He returned a short time later with a 12' ladder, but after climbing to about four rungs from the top of the ladder he decided that he was not comfortable doing the job without scaffolding, which he said he'd have to rent from Home Depot and add whatever the rental charge would be to my bill. I cancelled the project. I intend to use Handyman Company again on future projects, but will place even more emphasis on the capability of the person they send to do the work needed to be done.

They were kind of sloppy. The finishing caps that go on the legs of the organizer were missing. Two nails were not driven straight through the bookcase and were showing. The back of the bookcase was loose and would move. An employee charged me $600 without the authorization from the company which went into an account of Edwin Del Valle.

They came out right away. Their work was excellent and looks great. Everything is fine but pretty expensive.

They removed the vinyl but not all if the glue. The floor is still tacky. Additionally, they quoted $400 minus a $100 coupon for a total of $300. They left to get a scraper and the chemical to remove the glue. This was a 10 foot by 12 foot room. They added the cost of the scraper and the chemical to my bill and when I asked if there was any chemicals left because I have 2 more bedrooms to remove the vinyl and I don't want to pay for the chemical again they got the nearly full gallon of chemicals Out of their truck which they thought they were going to keep.

It was excellent! The gentleman paid attention to detail and explained to me what he was going to do which I appreciated. Furthermore, he was on time, courteous, and did a great job.

Thought I was getting a "drywall" person but believe he was more of a handyman. After two days of drywall dust everywhere (they didn't put sufficient drop cloths down or section off any of the other rooms) the job looked decent. Not until we finished painting did we notice how bad it was. Can see all the seams, I needed to finish sanding a lot of areas and fix where cut-outs were made for outlets and lighting because the holes were cut to large. Also, Handyman Connection takes 50% of the cost, so you have these handymen bidding super low to get the job. The original estimate was $1000 - $100 (Handyman Connection Coupon) = $900. So Handyman Connection would receive $400 and the 2 guys doing the job were left to split $500 for two full days of work. Not sure what the normal rate is for drywall but doesn't seem right.

Very much appreciate the heads-up on who would be coming out to do an estimate. Gentleman arrived and went over the job (replace the front door). Didn't realize that they do not procure product only install. This is not what I was interested in but was very impressed by the company overall. When I need a 'handyman' for other projects I will definitately use them.

The gentleman started as soon as we had the quote. It took two days to complete, but only because we didn't want to start until 11 both days. Everything was cleaned up and he even took away the old shower doors for us.
