+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN FOR THEIR SERVICES. AFTERWARDS. THEY WEREN'T ANY WATER STAINS OR ANYTHING OR A TYPE OF SMELL LEFT. IT LOOKED LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED.
Description of Work: THERE WAS A SMALL WINDOW LEAK, AND THE WATER WAS EXTRACTED FROM THE CARPET AND IT WAS CLEANED. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE MACHINE WAS CALLED, BUT THE WAND TYPE THING WAS USED TO EXTRACT ALL OF THE WATER. THEY USED A DEHUMIDIFIER AND SHAMPOOED AND DEODORIZED THE CARPET.
