Description of Work: On september 21 st 2013 I made an appointment by phone because I could not access the website to make an appointment there. I was told to be there at 10 am on Sunday September 22 at 10 am. I was there at that time only to be informed that they did not open until 11 am. When I arrived I informed a gentleman at the door several times that I had made an appointment and had left my name. He never bothered to check with anyone else in the store just told me to come back at 11 when they opened. When I came back at 11 I stood in a line for like 20 or 25 minutes . When they finally let me in I noticed on more than one store employees computer screens my name with canceled by it. They told me that was because I was a no-show. I informed themI had been there before 10 AM that morning and had been turned a way by an employee who did not bother to check any further. Many of the employees said oh we are so sorry however sorry does not make up for a total loss in communication. Suffice say I am not happy with the attitude of personnel working in this store.

+ -1 moreOur IPOD quit working. We took it into the very busy apple store at the Mall and they checked us in and spent quite a bit of time working with us on our IPOD. They were able to fix it after a lot of trouble shooting. We were very pleased with their customer service and we will always purchase from them rather than an outside source. They didn't even charge us to work on our IPOD....what a great service.
