Description of Work: A team of 4 hard-working and courteous men removed popcorn ceiling from my 1300+ square foot condo and applied new texture within 5 hours. A second team of three men came 3 days later and painted the ceiling. Both crews were extremely courteous; they cleaned up after themselves, and did quality work.

Description of Work: Blue Sky did an excellent job of matching the orange peel texture on the walls of our house but the knockdown texture on our ceilings left something to be desired. Some of the texture material ran down the walls, which indicated their taping of the plastic was not tight to the wall. We had to do a lot of scraping to remove this over spray before we could paint our walls.

Description of Work: The popcorn removal crew arrived promptly and got straight to work. They were very professional and courteous. The entire crew worked hard and got the removal done efficiently and with very little mess. Before they asked for payment, they had me inspect the job and then call their office to confirm the job was completed. I was impressed. Then a few days later, after the "knock down" texture was dry,the painting crew came and was again, on time, professional and courteous. They had the whole ceiling painted quickly and again were very thorough. I had another contractor on sight working on our kitchen and asked the paint crew to please be very careful around the work the other contractor was doing. The paint crew did an excellent job protecting the work that was being done in the kitchen. Once they were done painting, they again had me inspect the work and call their office prior to taking payment and leaving. I was expecting a nightmare with the popcorn removal but instead I experienced a smooth transition with very little mess. GREAT JOB to both crews! Thank you Kevin Cook for recommending them to me!

They were prompt with their estimate, provided me with an address where I could see their work, came at the exact time agreed upon, were efficient in in their work and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. they had to return after 2 days to paint the ceiling. Again, prompt, efficient, very neat, and cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Description of Work: Textures by Blue Sky removed wallpaper from our kitchen area, repaired the walls and retextured them; removed popcorn texture from the vaulted ceiling in our large family room (including two skylights), foyer, and the kitchen area; retextured the ceiling with knockdown texture, and painted the ceiling and the walls of the kitchen.

I was pleased with the outcome, so I hired them back for my interior painting needs.
