TC Water Features

Heard about this company on the news radio station I listen to. Had not gotten a callback from the one the pool builder recommend so I decided to give them a try. It took two phone calls to receive a call back to schedule an estimate for water features. Our pool is about 8200 gallons (modest by most standards). Once we did get a call back (the officer person was super nice once she did call me back) we scheduled an estimate date. There was someone home at all times. The doorbell never rang. When I called to report this I was told someone did come out and look at the pool and took pictures (so someone trespassed into my private property without my knowledge or consent?) and an estimate would be sent that day. Next day we get an estimate for $29/week with my last name spelled wrong, and no information on the estimate on the size of my pool. How do they know how deep it is or how many gallons without asking for this information? Got an estimate later in the week with Pinch-a-Penny and went with them (about 25% cheaper).
