+ -1 moreThe quality of the work that was done was outstanding. Instead of having to replace the cabinet, which is 48" x 91", Mr. Johnson assured me that he would be able to repair it. The work was extensive, but his engineering background made it possible. Only someone with that knowledge could have done the work. He made sure that the cabinet was structurally sound. His professionalism, attention to details, honesty and perfectionism resulted in a cabinet that looks like new. It would have cost close to $750 to replace it. I cannot recommend the company enough. The dedication to properly repair a product that was installed by a different company was impressive. I feel that Mr. Johnson's engineering background sets this company apart from others like it. The original company never showed the attention to details that Tailored Living did. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, professional, punctual, reasonably-priced company, you will find it with them. I will certainly call them again if I need their services.
Description of Work: They repaired a garage cabinet that was installed by a different company a few years back. It looked so bad that I was sure it was going to have to be removed and a new one installed. When Mr. Johnson came to check it out, he told me that he would be able to repair it. It was a lot of work, but he did it. He never tried to up-sell me on a new cabinet. That is honesty that is not commonly seen.
