Did not arrive on the time we arranged. After they arrived, they had to delay the work due to not having the parts on hand. They returned about two hrs later and completed the job.

The servicemen were very helpful. They checked both my solar systems and even drained my hot water tank. They answered all my questions and checked anything I asked them to. I did not feel rushed, as they stayed until I felt that they had completed everything necessary.

Technicians came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Prior to their return to replace a panel, a customer service rep. slipped up on my appointment day, but swiftly corrected the mistake. Other than that, the technicians were knowledgeable, informative and efficient. Nice people, great company! I would definitely call them back for service.
