I had a leak on my solar water heater tank and they were able to have service technicians at my house within the hour.

Other then one thing I had to explain to the tech they did a great job, we discussed each step then they completed the job in a timely manor.

Gentlemen were very knowledgeable and courteous. They gave me advise on my water heater.

They tore the pool screen and did not tell me. Small tear but I had just had the screens redone. Solar work was excellent and correct.

Great service

Company name is Sunlight Solar. Had to initiate the office calls but they were prompt to answer. Solar installers Eddie and Gene were friendly, very professional. Took pictures of completed installation so I didn't have to climb roof.

Customer service nonexistent. Workmanship was OK, but not completed. Took another week for someone to complete install.

The company contacted me very timely and send a tech out to look at my solar. The leak was minor and he felt tightening the clamp would work. It did not. The leak is worse. HomeAdvisor called me to ask about the service and I told them that the leak continued and was worse. The HomeAdvisor rep asked to contact the provider directly which I was fine with. I haven’t heard anything since that time.

Dig great job and friendly would use again

Rapid work done well. Only hiccup was the fact that they borrowed my tools to do the cleanup. They did clean up my tools afterwards but weren't 100% prepared despite the fact they did the exact work they quoted they would do.

All young men and they did a great job. I saw when they didn't quite know something they called and sent a picture. I was thinking to myself these guys were taught well by the guy on the other end. I have a bigger project I want done. I will be calling them.

Quickly responded to my initial service request and were able to provide service the same day. There was a slight delay in getting a part, so they completed the job the next day. The service techs were professional and did a nice job replacing one solar panel and adding another to our system.
