From day 1 this company has been an issue. I selected this company because they were the only PACE / AllianceNRG partner in Flagler county for solar financing. I decided on a 2.8kw solar array with Enphase microinverters. After the project completion deadline had already passed, this company finally pulled the permit to begin work. I looked at the plans submitted and they were for a string inverter setup (much cheaper than microinverters) bait and switch. I sent an email requesting it be corrected and it was. The installers that showed up had inaccurate information about my electrical setup. They made many trips to home depot for parts. The first electrical inspection failed with the following notes: Note : NEED STRAPPING OF METAL FLEX IN ATTIC, NEC 348.30A, EXPOSED CONDUCTORS ABOVE PANEL IN GARAGE, FLEX IS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY NEC 348.28, NEW PANEL IN GARAGE NEEDS TO BE LABELED FOR CORRECT CKTS. THAT WERE RELOCATED NEC..408.4 CONDUCTORS ON ROOF UNDER ARRAYS ARE NOT SAFE (EXPOSED WIRE NUTS) NEED TO BE IN A BOX, CHECK INSTALATION DETAIL ON SPAN OF ARRAY RACK, ONE SIDE MAY NEED ADDITIONAL SUPPORT. The next inspection was the building inspection, which was scheduled without telling me. I have to take time off of work for each one of these inspections because someone has to be home. I wasn't home so of course the inspection failed. Between all of this poor service, someone from the company calls me to ask me to sign off on the project completion certificate so they can be paid. I would stay away from this company at all costs. The project is already 3 months past the completion deadline, I am unsure if the financing will even pay for it at this point. I feel like this company is a joke and someone from MTV boiling points is going to call me and say just kidding, how mad did we make you?

When we scheduled Sunlight Solar to remove the solar system of a water heater at a cost of $250 they were to show up between 1 and 4. I called customer service and the woman said they were running a little behind and they would be there by 4:30. I called customer service after 5 and the voice mail said they closed at 5. My wife and I waited until 5:30 and then went out to dinner. I called the next day and the customer service woman said they went to our house and she called us using her cell phone. There was no message on our machine and no way of proving this. We were rescheduled for the following week. The two gentlemen arrived on time but there was a language problem. One gentleman spoke no English and the other gentleman spoke broken English. When the second gentleman asked if I wanted the pipes removed I said "sure." There was no mention of an additional charge. As they did their work I got a call from the customer service woman. She said there was an additional charge of $130 for removing the pipes. I tried to negotiate the price and she said that she would reduce it to $100 but they would leave the solar panel on our grass. I finally agreed to pay the $380. Despite the language problem, the men did a good job. The next day I called customer service with some technical questions and the woman answered them. Obviously this woman is an important asset for Sunlight Solar.

Gentelmfen were clean, polite, intelligent. Solved my issue. Of a damaged solar panels in satisfactory time.

Just had a totally different experience. Earlier repair was not complete and requested follow up call resulted in a push for me to buy an entirely new system! I would NOT recommend this business.

They were in the area doing another job, let me know that they could come by to check out my solar system and then gave me a date of a week later to do the needed repairs, but was able to reschedule and came several days earlier and did the job quickly and correctly. Will keep them in mind when I need repairs in the future

They put on panel then next panel leaked Found out there was a problem with our roof which they should of seen so we lost 350.00, they at least should of prorated the one panel and give us some of our money back. They would not. The solar man should of seen that the roof could not hold the panel securely or firmly due to shingle and nail issues.

The technicians arrived on time, were friendly,knowledgeable, and professional. Yes, I would recommend Sunlight Enterprises to ALL who are in need of solar repair and installation service.

This will be my new solar co. They were on time,understood my eqp. and prepaired to fix my panel with what they had on their truck.
