Sue is a super nice person. When I showed her the garage, I was surprised when she didn't faint. It was like a junk heap but she got to work, carrying out my every directive to the letter. It took four hours but when she was done, it was as if we'd just moved in. I would highly recommend Sue and will definitely have her back.

Fabulous. Buffy and Veronica facilitated all of the organizing and further downsizing we needed. They are very personable, hard working, and certainly know their craft well. Our home is now organized, flows well and is finally manageable. They worked so hard, especially Buffy, and are wonderful professionals. Very trustworthy.

Excellent. Sue is 100% a professional. She is like a good "swifter" who gets the little things of dust done and in a timely manner, unlike a feather duster who spreads the dust around-she is focused and I trusted her with any and all jobs. She helped me make quick decisions. Labeled and inventoried all my storage items and even picked me up from selling my car before the airport. I needed her reminders and just making such a life changing event in my life - EASY. Worth every penny.

It went extremely well. Organizing is not just about moving things from one place to another. You have to understand people and their habits, and that is what Veronica did. She was very patient, knowledgeable and personable. She did an excellent job with my Mother's kitchen and now there is a better work flow so she can keep it neat and tidy on a daily basis.

The "organizer" was delightful. She was friendly and efficient. She was completely sensitive to our wishes yet managed to leave us with a far more organized space than she walked in to. It was nice to have still usable items donated, by Sue's, to Goodwill. Becky even came prepared with tax receipts from Goodwill if requested.

Sue was a pleasure to work with. I needed assistance in converting our excercise/catch all room into my son's big boy room. Sue helped me sort through baby clothes and box them and helped clear out most of the excercise equipment out in the garage and so much more. She even got on a ladder and helped me put boxes away.

Sue was very prompt in scheduling and did not mind communicating through text messaging, which is my preferred method during business hours. She gave me multiple options for the 6 hour time frame, one of which was on a Saturday. This is the first time I have used a professional organizer and I have to tell you it was money well spent. Sue sent Buffy to help. She was on time, pleasant, nonjudgmental, and professional to work with. She helped me rearrange everything to make maximum use of space with the items I already had. There was no need to go out and purchase expensive organizational equipment. Buffy let me be the one in control. She would make suggestions and I would make the ultimate decision. It was way easier to complete the job with someone keeping me on task, with multiple ideas. I can easily find items in my closet now and have less anxiety about go in there. I would and will be using the services again.

This was the best money I have ever spent. Having Sue help me with my garage organization was like having a friend come to assist me with the job. She had all of the knowledge and resources to help me get rid of the junk, sale the items of value and simply leave my garage organized and clean. Sue even took the Goodwill donations to the local facility and mailed me the receipt along with a treasured photo that had accidently been placed in the donation box. I would highly recommend Sue.

Sue's Organizing Solutions helped me organize and clear out my garage. It was a pleasure working with Sue because she is so pleasant and accommodating. Her organizational skills are excellent and her attitude is terrific! Together we cleared everything out of my garage, swept it, and creatively arranged the items the items going back. We also separated items for trash and for donation. She even dropped some items off at a local charity for me. We accomplished so much in just 4 hours and the time flew by due to her pleasant demeanor. We cleared up over 10 yrs of clutter in no time. I can actually park my car in my garage for the first time! The minute Sue showed up she set about making me feel at ease with the process. So often I would would try to clean some space out and the stuff would end up somewhere else even when I wanted to donate it, becuase i never had time to get it there...the best part is that Sue takes all that with her...bags and bags of books, pots and pans, etc. It was so simple with Sue, as we immediately began making progress, to let go of junk not needed - we spent hours in that one room and now it's organized and comfortable. On our next visit we tackled the downstairs closet, another place that caught everything that had no where else to go, it had gotten to the point where we couldn't find anything in it and had to shut the doors to keep things from poking out. Now it's all organized and my son can finally find the toilet paper! We threw out half a dozen bags of garbage including several huge black garbage bags. That's the one thing about keeping so much for so long, when you finally get around to cleaning it out so much of it is unnecessary, expired, etc. and easy to let go. She didn't even have to talk me off of the ledge, as once I set my mind to having someone here to go through this stuff with me I was committed to letting it all go. Next stop my living room, having Sue back to soon, need to organize my office bureau and get rid of more clutter. THe best part is she takes everything you want to donate with her. UPDATE: I had Sue back to help me with my living room - she is truly gifted. I'm proud to have my family over for the holidays with everything looking so neat and clean!
Description of Work: Helped Organize my 3rd bedroom which had become a catch all for everything, also had her back to help me clean out our hall closet that was chock full.

I have used Sue's services since October - we have systematically gone through each room of the house and have spent time reorganizing pretty much everything. I knew when I first met Sue on a rainy day in late August of last year we were destined to work together. In every visit, she has been professional, kind, patient, thorough, generous, helpful...I mean, I could go on and on. This woman is sensitive to her clients' needs, LISTENS to both what is said and what isn't (sometimes it's hard to say what the real issue is, you know? Well, Sue gets that!) and offers viable solutions. I really appreciate that she worked to repurpose what we had in the house for better uses instead of automatically recommending new stuff...AND...the new things she did recommend were functional and reasonably priced ($50). I've told her this so many times...I wish I could afford to have her come more regularly. She is so much fun to work with - very reliable and dependable. I can't recommend her enough!! If you have organizing needs - hire Sue!!!

Wonderful! Very satisfied.
Description of Work: Sue was fantastic! She completely changed my life ;) She was courteous, professional, and ever-so-organized. My whole house is a mess. I was getting new closets installed, and was intimidated at the amount of work it would take to get everything out of my closet. Sue offered to come help me take everything out, and worked on the rest of my house until the closet installers were done, at which point she helped me put everything back in. Sue also shopped for all of the organizing tools she thought my house would need, and returned whatever I didn't like. She completely redid my pantry, and I'm amazed at the extra space I now have. She took every single thing out of my entire kitchen and put it back in a way that made sense. I can't tell you what a difference this has made in my life (even my mind feels less cluttered now!) Sue spent a full two days at my house, with the first day being 10+ hours (yes, I needed that much help!) and never tired. Amazing! I plan to have her back for my home office and garage next, and will post an update then.

The most productive 3 hours I've ever spent. Those 7 "where do I put this stuff" boxes had been sitting in my living room for 6 months and now everything's sorted. They are either in my kitchen easily accessible or the things that I wanted to part with are out of the house (she took them with her - one less errand!). Sue was super flexible and we worked on whatever I wanted to work on, and skipped what I wasn't willing to face yet. She suggested things I hadn't thought of plus kept me focused for 3 hours so the task could actually be completed (vs. wandering off to other rooms and getting distracted). She also found a place that would come pick up my heavy tv as a donation, which I know would have sat in my house forever. Another huge weight off me - literally. She even made the phone call and they showed up and took my problem away the next week. My argument for not hiring an organizer for so long was that I'm fairly organized, surely I could do this myself? But I was overwhelmed, stressed and tired and I kept avoiding it so I finally decided to get help. Assuming I could muster the energy, I still would have missed some great ideas, a different and experienced perspective, it would have taken longer, I might have dodged the harder decisions, and I wouldn't have been as motivated. Best money I've ever spent, and I plan to have her back monthly until I get through the whole house. Knowing she's coming next month keeps me motivated in between visits for me to do smaller projects on my own (I downsized books before she arrived, and I got rid of several boxes in the bedroom today). This is going to be the year I down-size (including my precious collections - eek!), and that's because I'm going to lean on Sue the whole way.
