I have been using Steam Brite for approximately 9 years and they always do a great job. Rob is usually the service provider, but we have had Mike come over as well. Both are very diligent and professional. Always arrive on time, and are very reasonably priced.

They're really good and the price is very reasonable. I've used more expensive services and with Steam Brite, you know what it's going to cost when they come, it's very reasonable and they get up spots that nobody else has gotten up. I don't feel uncomfortable with them in the house. There's this gentleman, Mike, he's the owner, I always request him because he was the first one who came. His son-in-law came once when he wasn't available and he was just as nice as Mike and did just as good a job.

Mike arrived at our house at the time promised. He assessed our carpets and quoted a price. We thought the price was fair. He began to move furniture out of the way so he could pre-treat and clean. He moved from room to room without any problems. We have had issues in the past with other companies breaking and damaging our property. After a couple of hours, Mike was finished cleaning and offered to help move furniture back in place. We decided to leave the furniture were it was until the carpet dried. We are able to move it back ourselves. We found the carpets to be nicely clean once everything dried.
