They do not have any costumer support, terrible service, I strongly advise to not buy from this company. After 3 years of my system operating it stop working, I contact them they send a third party technician that charged $320 and did not fix the system. The worst problem was that they took 4 months (without my system working properly ) to answer my call. During this period I left more than 40 calls and several email, never answered. Finally after 4 months they came down to check my system and the conclusion was the fault was the electricity provider that was kicking off my system and they could not fix. I suspected because several house in my street have solar power and they were working fine. I called another company and 15 minutes of troubleshooting they discovered my system has a faulty circuity breaker, in 5 minutes it was fixed. That is the level of customer service. Be aware, they promise the world to sell, but them you are by yourself with a bad system.

We shopped several solar companies and Solar-Ray stood out with excellent communication, professionalism and service! We are so happy we chose them for our Solar panels. Everyone we dealt with made the process educational and effortless. From the initial sales, to the office scheduling, to the installers and the owner! They were all committed to making sure we are completely satisfied with our system. The price and quality were competitive with the other companies, but the communication and workmanship rises above! They worked with our schedule to get us up and running and saving energy as fast as possible. We couldn't be happier!

Michael is very professional and followed the job through to the end. Installing this system for our pool pump has paid for itself in electric cost. We previously had Michael install a system for our house. The best thing we ever did. We never know when the power is out. Our neighbors have quit calling and asking because we always respond, and quot;How would we know?and quot; Solar panels are good for you and for our environment!

He did the work for about half of what others quoted. He isn’t the best on the phone and you have to be persistent in calling him but the work he does is wonderful. Once he starts the project, he follows it through to completion even to ensure I received government rebates. He also worked with my local utility companies to get me the carbon credit and net metering He was even able to work in conjunction with my roofing company to ensure everything was done correctly. He is also a very honest person; he will walk away from money just to ensure you receive the work that is to your benefit.
