John and his team were great but the repair took longer than expected. They repiped the whole house and it took 4 days. They did a great job but I don’t know if they are supposed to patch up all the holes they cut in the walls, but the job is done and I’m left with a bunch of holes to patch myself.

Clean up is important, when you look at the work that has been done you shouldnâ t be saying to yourself, they shouldâ ve cleaned that, or why didnâ t they remove that, or I wouldnâ t have left that looking like that, or they could have done a better job, itâ s not like itâ s their first time doing this.

They responded to my water leak problem on a holiday in a timely manner and diagnosed the source that two other company techs missed. Within two hours the problem was fixed, I could stop mopping my garage floor, etc. I highly recommend this company!

They left pipes hanging out of the wall and instead of installing them into the drywall. I had to hire a contractor to fix their mistakes. The owner, John, agreed to credit back my card $1,000.00 and to date has not followed thru this his agreement. If necessary I have images and texts to validate the issues.

Got the work done,I can now use my sink an shower.

Excellent services! The guys came on time, and we had a sink problem, the water was not draining at all. They checked it, and said it was an air vent on top had some issues. They advised where we can get a cheap and good air vent and charged us WAY less then they quoted on the phone. Prifessional and nice people! Will highly recommend them!
