They arrived very late. They damaged our $3000 mahogany wood dining table leg. And they overcharged us. This is a fraudulent company... Be very wary... When you call to book them they give you and "estimate" price based on the hours they think it will require for the move (basing in on the size of the home). And once they loaded our items from the old home and before unloading into the new home they wanted us to pay them IN FULL ... the estimate price. So far our estimate was for 7 hours...and they had ONLY worked 2 hours. Basically we called the company ...and some Russian woman Kim said "Oh well 7 hours is a minimum and you have to pay the full price".... This was never disclosed to us at the booking nor is it written in the estimate details ANYWHERE. So we are the vulnerable ones... with it being 9Pm and with a 14month old at home... I needed her crib from the van. So we paid them full..... They are a bunch of thieves.... I would never suggest them even to my worst enemy. Nor will I ever use them again.
