THE QUALITY OF THE WORKMANSHIP WAS GOOD, BUT THE RELATIONSHIP AND COMMUNICATION TO THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT SATISFACTORY. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE, AND THEY WOULD NOT SHOW UP OR CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW.
Description of Work: THEY DID EXTERIOR PAINTING ON THE WHOLE HOUSE.

IT WAS ACCEPTABLE STANDARDS AS FAR AS TIMING, BUT THEY WERE NOT PUNCTUAL. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE, AND THEY WOULD NOT SHOW OR CALL. IF THEY DID CALL THEN IT WAS ONLY TO SAY THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT THAT DAY.

THE WORKMANSHIP WAS SATISFACTORY. THE COMMUNICATION TO THE CUSTOMER AND THEIR PUNCTUALITY WAS INADEQUATE. THE DAYS I TOOK OFF WORK TO BE HERE FOR THEM THEY WERE NOT HERE AND THE DAYS I WAS AT WORK THEY WERE HERE.
Description of Work: IT WAS THE INSTALLATION OF THE SHOWER. THEY DID THE DRYWALL AROUND THE SHOWER AND INSTALLED THE TUB.
