Jason Smith who is the owner of the company was very professional and courteous. His employees were very knowledgeable in their field and extremely courteous. The work that they did was outstanding. Brandon Edwards their tile man did an exceptional job of installing tile. The workers were on time and cleaned up after themselves daily. The completed project was beyond my expectation. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a bathroom remodeling.

I bought a $35 big deal for this service. It went okay but they no longer were on Angie's List when I used it, but they still honored it. He was great. He was good and I would recommend him.

I am so glad I contacted Jason he was honest and upfront and provided cost savings solutions. I had called several other angieslist bathroom remodelers A listed companies and either was told they call back or they did not do the work though they were bathroom remodelers. Because my issue was only with the floor shower tile not the walls he explained the risk in not doing the whole area since everything connects. My shower wall tile is beautiful stone so I did not want to part with it. So he provided 2 other remedies since my main complaint was the tile floor grout problems he suggested acid washing which he did not provide as a service. But did offer to perform removal of grout and re application though he was honest it would be way more costly. I appreciate the advice though he was not getting a job out of me, he never rushed me while in the phone. And told me to call back if I had any other questions or problem. I will surely call him if I have any other remodeling needs. Thank you for Jason for being so professional!!

On schedule and addressed any concerns promptly.

We contacted three companies for quotes; 1 never provided us the quote they promised, 1 was extremely high & Total Plumbing came back with the best quote. From the moment I met with the owner of the company, Jason, I believed that they were the right company for the job. We needed to completely demolish 2 little bathrooms and combine them into 1 larger bathroom, which required moving plumbing, walls and electrical. They installed the bathtub, toilet, vanity, sink, and bathroom fan, as well as painted the ceiling, walls and trim; and tiled one entire wall, the shower/tub area and the floor. During the job, my husband noticed a hissing sound coming from another bathroom, and when I asked Jason about it, he determined that it was a slab leak. Since it was a bathroom that we do not use, they were able to demo the bathroom and fix the leak before it got too bad. His team took care of that job as well, for a very reasonable amount of money, and then they went right back to the bathroom remodel. Jason gave me a timeframe on how long the job would take, and they only went over that time frame by less than a week (1/2 of a day was devoted to the other bathroom problem that occurred). They also installed our double towel bar, 2 towel rings, 2 grab bars in the shower and a medicine cabinet that were not included in the original quote. When they were finished with the bathroom, it was completely ready to use and look wonderful. Also, as a side note, a month and a half after the job was done, we were out of town when we received a text from a tenant at our other house stating that a sprinkler in the front yard was gushing water. The sprinklers had not been working for years, but were still hooked up to water. My husband tried to call a plumbing company to see if they could help us with the problem, but they told him that they do not work on sprinklers. I suggested that we should try to call Jason and maybe he could either help us or recommend someone who could. When I explained to Jason that the water had been gushing for several hours and flooding the yard and explained that we were out of town, he said that he would consider it an emergency call and go over to the house as soon as he could or would send one of his guys. My husband let him know that there should be an emergency shut-off valve for the sprinklers. He texted back less than an hour to let us know that he found the emergency valve, turned it off and tested the water running to the house and the water was still working for the house. I immediately sent him a text thanking him for handling so quickly for us and told him that I would contact him when I was back in town to handle the charges. He texted back that there would be no charge, since he only had to turn off a valve. Since he had to leave a job he was on and drive over to handle the emergency, I really expected to have to pay an emergency charge, but he said not to worry about it. Total Plumbing is our go-to company for all of our plumbing needs from this point forward, and I have even recommended them to friends who are considering some work in the future.

Got 3 bids, Jason was in the middle but we chose him because he was willing and able to do some extra work including installing new pool side doors for both the bathroom and bedroom as well as replacing the bath window. Price included labor and supplies, we purchased the tub, sink, toilet, tile, fixtures, etc. Total project cost was about $12k He's got a good crew, he's personally involved with the project and as the project goes along he makes sure the customer is happy. They dealt with some unknown issues with our older house and came up with solutions. Jason came up with some good suggestions when we started the project and met us at the tile stores, etc and helped us with choices. He was very responsive, timely and we couldn't be more satisfied with the results. We're already planning some more projects for them to help us with!

The plummer was finished in about 15-20 minutes.

7/There was a leak under the sink. The plumber arrived on time and isolated the fault to the hot water inlet pipe, which he replaced. The cost of the repair was as advertised in the Angie's List Special. Next morning, the leak was still present as shown by a puddle of water on the floor. The plumber returned the same day and, this time, determined that the leak was from the hot water faucet. The faucet set was a single unit, and he replaced it. The leak ceased. The price for this 10 minute job was an outrageous $200.00, before discount. The plumber had no discretion in this. With a hasty mis-diagnosis, coupled with high prices and paying for an unnecessary repair, I will not use this company again.

He came to fix a leak I get when I run my hot water. He couldn't fully find leak. He could hear it but couldn't see it. Put a few holes in my walls, but I need to get another contractor to fix the holes. The leak was not fixed as he couldn't find it but did say he could come back but haven't heard nor was I given contact number for him.

Very professional and prompt. We had a small leak from the drain vent and they came back promptly and fixed the issue for no extra charge.

I found a deal for $38 on Angie's List. Before I paid for the $38 I called Total Plumbing and spoke with Jason because I wanted to make sure that he could handle a plumbing job that might include breaking up tile and going underneath a toilet or bathtub to fix a leak. Jason asked me if we could bypass Angie's list and that he would give me the same discount as offered in Angie's List. = $38. Jason came out to look at a water leak in the bathroom. He could not find any obvious leaks. However, he did tell me that my toilet had issues and so I asked him to fix it. He said he was not prepared and that he could send one of his employees out another time and that he would text me a time for that service call. Then I asked him how much I owed him. This guy charged me $49 and told me that it was a big discount off his normal $85 service charge. I was shocked that he was charging me more than the $38 Angie's List deal but I paid him anyways. I decided to keep quiet because it was only $10 bucks more and I really do need my toilet fixed. Then I waited for his text message regarding the follow up toilet plumbing job A TEXT MESSAGE THAT NEVER CAME!. This guy should have come prepared to fix my toilet as it is obviously leaking water as Jason mentioned water coming out of the seal around the toilet. I felt I wasted my time and money and he did not come prepared and I ended up paying more than the $38 deal offered in Angie's List for Total Plumbing. Nice guy. but complete waste of my time and money and no followup as promised. I am sorry Angie's list for allowing this guy circumvent your valuable service. I will not let that happen again.

I received an Angie's List offer from Total Plumbing and Construction and bought the offer to have them come out and look at two commodes that were running. Our home was a foreclosure and having just moved in, we find things daily that need repair. By the time Total Plumbing arrived, I had a list of a several items and hoped they might have time to take a look. They arrived promptly on time, were incredibly friendly and said they were happy to take a look at all the items. Not only did they finish everything on my list in about an hour, they also checked my water heater and let me know that it appears to be in good shape for an 8 year old water heater. What stood out to me about Total Plumbing was their professionalism and honesty. They also do remodels and I will use them in the future for plumbing needs as well as any construction or remodel needs I might have. They exceeded my expectations and I think they will do the same for you - highly recommended!!!

Mr. Smith came to our home and listened (that alone is a blessing for someone to listen with an open mind) to what we wanted done; on the same day he took in observations; took measurements and made wonderful recommendations that we did not even think of or we weren't aware that this could be done. Not having the experience or the knowing the correct terminology to remodel a home he never ever made me feel dumb and he never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. It only took a few days before Mr. Smith emailed us the estimate and we signed the contract and set up the demo. His work is flawless. His attention to details and inspections is marvelous and much appreciated. They worked fast and were professional at all times. Most importantly, we truly feel that we have an EXPERT remodeling client for LIFE. It was such a pleasure knowing I can go off to work and trust my home is going to be safe while the crew and Jason Smith were there alone. I never had any worries or concerns. He is the BEST and I would ALWAYS recommend Mr. Jason Smith to anyone!!

My master bathroom shower renovation went exactly as planned and I received more than I ever thought was possible! Jason and Brandon were the best! This was a truly unique experience to work with a team of contractors who truly care about the needs and wants of the customer. Jason and team arrived when they said they would and the work was completed on time and beyond my expectations. The demolition/rebuild took about a week, the order of the glass took about 7 business days with a 1/2 day of installation. The attention to detail on the simplest things made my my shower replacement and tub surround tile job look beautiful. The cost of service stated above was for labor only. All materials were provided/ paid for by me which added ~$3,000 to the total cost. Jason met me at the big box home decor store and helped me pick the tile, accent pieces, flooring, and even the grout color. He has a great eye for what will look really good, once installed! I may have purchased the materials but he picked them up and delivered to my home (no heavy lifting on my part). He worked with the granite company to secure the perfect piece of quartz (at a great deal) for the shower sills and even replaced my window sill so everything would match. He also coordinated the purchase of the plumbing valves and the glass for the shower enclosure. They put down paper, as not to damage my existing floor and plastic to cover my bed. On request they even covered my existing tub which was not replaced. In addition, Brandon cleaned up and vacuumed at the end of each day and made it so I could have access to the sinks and water closet if needed. Finally when the job was complete and I did not care for the way the new tile met the my existing linoleum floors, Jason suggested quarter round. I found the perfect trim tile and he installed it on his own time. Him taking the extra time to ensure that I was truly happy with the end product is what one would expect but is hardly what actually happens. I would definitely recommend Jason and Brandon to anyone who is looking for a total solution to their construction needs AND most importantly quality work. Jason will readily tell you, he may not be the cheapest of the bids... BUT I believe you get what you pay for!

I talked to three contractors before making my decision. Jason was in line with the other bids for the plumbing portion of the work, and he was the best by FAR in understanding what I wanted to do and making the process smooth and easy. Other plumbers were quick to say what they couldn't supply or do, and told me I was on my own to find materials and hire other trades to do the tile work, and I had to go find the sink, tub and vanity, etc. Jason had the skills in his team to do it all, which made it so much easier for me. He met me at the big box store to buy tile and pick out faucets, etc., and met me at his granite remnant connection for the vanity top (which looks AMAZING) for the vanity he supplied. He and his crew were extremely punctual, professional and pleasant, and the quality is outstanding - the room has been transformed from a very shabby and tired basic bathroom circa 1984, to a sleek and very attractive brand new room, all in the same small space and footprint. I will definitely call him for any plumbing service needed in the future, and can't wait until I can afford to remodel the other bathroom. I've done more than a few remodeling projects in my life, and this was absolutely the smoothest and most pleasant experience I've ever had.

The "Deal" design service we paid for turned out to be offered by provider's website as free estimate. The "3D" design was not a very realistic rendering. Only the most expensive option was received by email, and it was expensive! We did not contract services.

It was fantastic and excellent. They were here on time. He was personable and straight to the point. He was honest. We set up a time and they started on time. They finished when they said they would. Everything was cleaned up and they have done everything right.

Found two leaks, both in the irrigation system. No charge.

It went well. The staff demeanor was good and the price was reasonable.

He was very nice, and actually came over a couple times. He came up with a pretty good plan.

I called them but it took a lot of scheduling and finally they came out and gave me a quote. I purchased the Big Deal for the bath design. Overall it was hard to get them to come over and give the quote. They were fine and they were only once. They were just average. There was no set time for the appointment. He was professional. I will get more quotes before I decide on what I want to do.

I bought this in mid October and never heard from from Total Plumbing for weeks so I called them and made the appointment. That was my fault too as I could have picked up the phone, I just thought that they would be more eager to extend to me first. I met with Jason and he was a very nice person and was very knowledgeable of plumbing. I went through many details of must haves and design ideas of each bathroom. He made many notes of the details and took measurements. We discussed a few concepts and budget concerns and I felt he had everything he needed to prepare a nice design and proposal. I emailed him some pics of some existing cabinets for one of the bathrooms so he would have an idea of what they looked like. November 15th I got an email with 3 images of each bathroom and not one word in the email. No proposal, nothing. The images were terrible and used grey as the primary colors. The cabinets were brown not even close to what I sent, (which were white). The images were not at all realistic or appealing. The fixtures added to the rooms fit poorly and did not seem to line up. In one picture a soap dish appears to be "hovering" 6 inches above the counter. I waited over a month for some kind of follow up and have yet to hear anything about what was sent. I could have spent the same money and had Lowes or Home Depot come out and do a far better concept design and actually provide me with a quote. I have had major renovations done in my home and am familiar with what a quality to scale 3D concept looks like and these is the poorest example I have seen. I feel Jason is a professional in the trade of plumbing, but regarding the artistic flair for design and the art of salesmanship he falls short. I don't like to give poor ratings, but I do feel in this case it is fair.
