+ -1 moreMy experience with them was fine. They made sure that I had the paperwork for the rebate. They did have 1 credit card snafu but they dealt with that and it was handled well. It was an error but they dealt with it. There was no mishigas about it. I got a good price and it was delivered when they said. As a matter of fact, I've put them off a number of times because of all the construction because we had to make sure we could accept it and hook it up at the proper time. So they were very understanding about all the cancelled deliveries.
Description of Work: We got a washer and dryer combination from Sears when they had the rebates last spring.
