The service turned out very good, I haven't had a problem since they put it in.

We were very satisfied with the product, we were satisfied wit the door, we were satisfied with the price. Had a little trouble with the outside trim, but they made every attempt to come back and get that right, but even that didn't work out so great. I don't think it was a matter of willingness to make every effort to make it right, it just seemed to be a matter of workmanship ability. We don't have a serious complaint about it. At the risk of redundancy they tried, but it didn't come out completely right. In the process of trying to make it right, they sent out one guy who had a bad attitude, and I went ahead and talked to the management about it and whatever they did or didn't do. We called them, we had 3 or 4 people come out talk to us, and give us estimates. We didn't necessarily go with the cheapest, but we did go with them. We were well satisfied with the people who came out to give the estimate, and satisfied enough with the price, so we chose them. The disappointment was 2 fold, one was the trim work that was done on the outside of the garage, so I called, and they sent out the wrong guy out for me because he did not have a great attitude. He didn't end up doing the work and I called the management on it, and they sent out one of the guys who had come out earlier and one of the franchise managers came out to supervise the work. They tried to satisfy me, but I just wasn't satisfied, maybe I am just picky.

It went really good and it worked pretty good.

It took 5 different appointments to finally get them to come out. Although they did come out the first schedule time, the installer claimed he knew nothing about Genie products....however that same person came out to install the same product nearly one month later after first scheduling. Interesting that he knew how to install it the second go around. Tons of emails + phone calls in hours of trying to get them to install a garage door...sheesh! the overall job was sub par as the installer claimed they couldn't hide the wires for some bogus reason, the wires were taped to the ceiling of the garage.

The frequency that they set the garage opener to opened the neighbor’s garage door. The subcontractor who installed the opener quit Sears the next day and when I called him he indicated he no longer worked for Sear but would come out for a nominal fee to fix the opener.

I had a very good experience with them. They were clean, on-time and professional. Scheduling was pretty flexible.

They did excellent! They were here when they said they would be. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and he was working while he was talking.

They came within a couple of days and did a good job! The garage door had not been serviced in 18 years and was not closing properly. The spring was not tight anymore so they replaced that. They greased all the tracks. I have a double door and single door and they took care of both. They were able to complete the work in two hours. The guy knew exactly what he was doing!

The replacements of the rollers & springs went well.

They were able to come out quickly. They completed the work at no cost through the warranty. The technician who came out was very nice. He was efficient and I would have him come out again.

It went very well. The installers went right to work. In no time they had the openers up and working. However, we bought a garage door opener for my daughter and her husband, they charged them $47.00 to install the frame work for the opener. That should have been covered in the installation costs.

Called Sears and got a quote for a new door. Quote was $850 for installation of the door. Agreed and signed off on the quote. For the most part the job went well. The two fellas that came out and installed the door knocked it out in no time flat. The only problems encountered were they did not show up on the day they said to install the door. When I called to find out what happened - they said a truck had broke down and they would not be out to install the door. This was on a Friday so I was rescheduled for the following Monday. I guess my only complaint was they did not call me to tell me they would not be coming on the day stated. I had to take off work to meet them and like I said - no one called or showed up until I called and asked what was going on. The job itself went smoothly and the door works great.

It went great. Very professional and did a great job. The only hiccup was confusion over the appointment time. I called after the appt time when no one showed, they were very apologetic and we reset it for the next day. Things happen sometimes so I can understand if it happens once. But things were great from there.
