Excellent found problem in the line cleaned up after excellent Andy

We have used Sanz Appliance Repair on four separate occasions. Once to repair an issue with a refrigerator in one of our rental properties. Another to repair the ice maker on our home refrigerator and an issue with our home washer. And most recently to repair a stackable dryer at one of our rental properties. On all four occasions Alejandro responed promptly, correctly diagnosed the issue and charged a very reasonable price for parts and labor. We will definately continue to contact him for any future appliance issues.

Very easy to set up a service visit. Was on time. Very quick to diagnose and followup with advice. Very friendly. Did a great job for reasonable price.

I contacted Sanz based on ratings from Angie's List, and because he makes house calls on Sunday! Alejandro was able to meet me in less than an hour at one of my rental properties to fix an issue with the dryer. He kept the work space clean the entire time. This was impressive as the washer/dryer is in a tight space inside the main area of the house and the tenants were home. He changed the element and verified the dryer was working properly. Five months later and no issues. I highly recommend Sanz for his professionalism. technical skills, and availability.

I was't there my husband was however by the time I reached home the tech was gone. He told my husband he knew what the problem was and fixed it. Didn't need to order any parts which was good. My fridge and other appliances was part of the package when the house was built ten yrs ago and I thought a new one was going to be needed fortunately, that won't be necessary right now. I called the tech to ask what specifically was the problem and would this happen again and his reply was that so far no one has ever called him back for this type of problem. I didn't discuss price with him only wished I could've used my coupon I had for a ten percent discount .

Alex installed new gasket on freezer, then opened panel for compressor, which was not functioning. cost of repair would have been just a little less than a new refrigerator. diagnosed and repaired dishwasher. Arrived on time, same day, expedient and very organized.

We messaged Sanz Appliance Repair on a Saturday because our dishwasher was stuck in the quick wash mode and our stove decided to stop working. We received a call back within one hour of messaging and Alejandro said he would be out between 2-4 pm in the afternoon. Unfortunately, we experienced severe weather with potential tornados during our call window. Alejandro called and asked if he could reschedule and came out on Monday. Luckily, the stove just needed some TLC and it was fixed in a jiffy. The dishwasher required a new computer board. Alejandro ordered the part and installed it on Wednesday. So for $275, the stove works great and my dishwasher is pretty much brand new.

inHe came to the house at the time frame he'd told us. Check the problem, fized the freezer's accumulation of ice, thus impeding the proper functioning of it. He asked for a towel to put on the floor to get the ice onto it, and thrw it away every time he cleaned the frrzer. He took out all of the freezer compartments, and clean it all of accumulated ice and frost.. He checked the water line, and found it was plugged by a block of ice. He then blew inside the tube to clear up any other clogging. Then as cautiosly as he had removed the refrigerator to see the back side and the water line, he again put it back in place. He then put back the freezer's compartments including the ice tray, and cleaned the floor of all water/ice/debris found. He then explained to us what the problem was, how it was found, and how he repaired it. When my husband asked him about the cost of the repair service, he told us it was $160.00, that we found very reasonable, as it saves us a lot of money iif we had purchased a new fridge, which was our first thought, before trying out your EXCELLENT site. Thank you for recommending Alejandro and we will make sure we'll recommend both him and Angie's List for future needs. One other thing I forgot to mention, going into the honesty and responsibility of Alejandro. My husband wrongly wrote the check for $175.00 instead of the $160.00. When I called Alejandro to advise him of the error, he courteously told me he would bring the difference back to us at the next day, which we did. Both my husband and I are greatly appreciative of his work, h onesty, courtesy, and of course, we thank Angie's List for recommendation!!

I will use him for all of my future app repairs.

I forget the Sanz employees name but I called him around 5pm and he patiently listened to the buzzing noise my failing compressor start device was making and my failure to find a replacement one. I actually had given up and was calling to find out how much they would charge to install a compressor kit. The Sanz tech could have run with the opportunity to do an expensive compressor removal/install but instead said he had another solution. His solution was to replace the start device and capacitor with a universal device that is so far working like a champ and not buzzing loudly like my old one! Oh I forgot, once the tech said he had a solution he arrived within an hour of my initial call to him!

call on Sat. morning he arrived by 2;00 that afternoon , diagnosed the problem made a quote, had the parts repaired in an hour at quoted price. I would definitely recommend and use again.

This is second time I used Sanz Appliance repair and the results were great. I called about 5pm last night and Alejandro told me he wouldn't be able to come out till Monday. Two hours later I got the surprise he finished his last job a little early and could he come out that evening, which of course I said yes. He arrived, checked the refrigerator out and diagnosed the problem quickly, the computer board in the fridge was not working. He had the part with him, replaced it in about 10 minutes and the fridge and freezer where on their way to getting cold again, saving us a lot of extra money in spoiled food. If you live in the area and have an appliance go out, call this guy, he gets the job done.

However, he got the part and returned the same evening and by 9 pm the washer was back in full service. He was professional, appropriately friendly and prompt. While we thought he charged a bit on the high side, we really don't have another situation to compare with this, and he certainly took care of our problems in an excellent manner. We would call him again for sure.

Our GE oven had quit working. Called them in the pm of 2/4/14 and they came on the 5th. The technician was Alejandro Sanchez. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the control panel. He carried a spare on his truck and an hour later the oven was working. He even helped cleaning behind the stove before he left (a job rarely done). He was professional, on time , and knew his job, even showing me the connector that had arced causing the original problem. When writing the bill I showed him the Angies list coupon I'd printed out which he accepted with no questions. I would highly recommend this person for any appliance repair you might have.

He arrived on schedule and removed the back of range. He said the circuit board was burnt out. He called to get a replacement part and was told it was not available any longer. Since he couldn't fix it, I was just charged for a service call.

Right before Thanksgiving guests were going to arrive, our washing machine stopped working in the middle of a cycle. I called several companies, but Sanz was the only one who responded quickly and professionally, and set an appointment immediately. On the scheduled date (just in time before the holiday!) Alejandro arrived right on time, and got to work immediately. After disassembling part of the machine, he was able to diagnose the problem and offer a solution. The entire job was done quickly and professionally, and although the price was in the moderate to high range, I believe in fixing appliances instead of throwing them to the curb whenever possible. The machine has worked perfectly ever since, and I'll be calling Sanz again if we ever have another appliance failure!

Arrived on time. He was able to fix the broken piece, so didn' need to purchase new part. Then the microwave wouldn't work. The code said I needed a new control panel. He said first he would try something. He pulled out the control panel and disconnected several wires; then reconnected them. He said this was resetting it. It worked. I now have a working microwave. Very polite and neat person. He left the work area in great condition.

My refrigerator stopped cooling and I called Alex in the morning. He answered the phone right away, and was at my house in the afternoon as promised. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything as he was working and before charging me to install a new part, he checked and double checked and some replacement was not needed. I was extremely pleased with everything about his work and would use him again for any appliance repair I need. I would also definitely recommend him.

He was very professional, honest and with a great attitude. He checked the problem and tried to fix it the same day, but he could not so he came back the next day with the proper part and spent all the time needed to fix the dispenser. He even spent extra time as some part were frozen.

Found that the compressor on my 30 yr old chest freezer was bad. He then unclogged my refrigerator drain line. Very happy for the value and he was able to fix my refrigerator. Also he was flexible and came early evening which fit my work schedule.

I found this company through Angie's List reviews. I've had a squeaky dryer for about a month now, a relative had the same issue and turned out to be a bearing. I called at 8AM and was told they would be by between noon-2pm. 1pm I got a text that they were 30 mins out which was nice to know. They arrived on time and were professional. Of course when the guy gets here the dryer refuses to make the squeaky noise but he was pretty experienced and was pretty sure he knew where the issue was. He took apart my entire dryer and cleaned out all the lint (there was alot) from inside and regreased the bearings. He was very careful at cleaning up after the job and with an old dryer there was plenty of dust and lint around. He was able to show me an issue with the dryer which was causing other issues and would be a problem in the near future and charged me a very reasonable price for the service for today including a discount off the service for today. I had debated trying to fix the issue myself but was really glad I didn't. I will be calling them in the future if needed for any other appliance repair issues and have already recommended them to a friend.
