Description of Work: Upright freezer was noisy and not cooling after being in storage for several years. Mr. S (technician) removed exterior and interior motor covers and diagnosed low horsepower and a fan that needed a tune-up. He installed a new capacitor, and removed, clean and lubricated the fan motor. When he plugged it back in, the motor hummed like it should and the cooling started immediately. The freezer cooled completely and is ready to use. My address is not GPS friendly since it is new but Mr. S was so patient while I gave him directions. He is very professional and personable. I will recommend him to others and definitely call him for any other appliance issues I have.
