Ruby Red Cleaning

They spent all day cleaning with 2 of the crew very new (one just out of training and the other still in training). Not sure what they actually spent their time on but they left crumbs under sofa cushions, dirt under sofa (they said they do not move furniture). Stove still had grease residue. A portion of kids tub had residue in chalk (they said they don't use bleach). With the understanding that we had clutter, the expectation was not to remove and they vacuumed around it. They hit us with a $700 charge after the initial quote and then said they were giving us a $100 discount.

Ruby Red is a wonderful local company with very high standards and consistent results. The owner holds her employees to a high bar and it shows in their work. They all take pride in what they do and the results come through in the sparkling clean home that you come home to at the end of the day. Our experience was always that they were prompt, efficient and easy to work with in scheduling. They bring all of their own supplies and leave a checklist of what has been done. They also start out with a list of expectations up front to be sure you get what you want. I've never used other cleaning services, so I don't know how they compare, but the value of what they did was well worth the money we spent.

They do a good job. They bring 5 people for about 2 and a half hours. The price listed is per month for once a week cleanings.

It went well and there's no problem. My wife had found somebody locally here so she went with them. They were professionally uniformed, had a listing on what needed to be performed and they took care others as they went on.

Their bid was very high. I thought she was very professional and I thought she was very nice. She was very quick to get me an estimate. Unfortunately, it was just more than I was willing to spend on that job.

She is great. It's an excellent service. She is very particular and very detailed every time they come in to clean. They always ask if there is something else they could do or if there is something that they aren't covering totally. I once had bleach build up on my shower walls and it wouldn't come off with the stuff they were using. They found stuff to get it off, and now its' all clean again.
