At the start i emailed property survey, concept plan for discussion and set up a time to meet. Owner was prompt and met with me to review backyard. Spoke with owner and shared vision, was late for work so perhaps I spoke a bit fast. Ask what questions he had, said none at this time and wanted to take a few pictures. Been two weeks of follow up emails and telephone calls - no response. Apparently this company lacks professionalism and/or just doesn't need the work. I was willing to spend up to $5,000. Guess they didn't see the value.

Quality of work was good though responsiveness was not great. Tried to get them to come back to get my front yard going but never received a call back after 5 attempts to hire them again.

Eric Kobb (Owner) worked with us multiple times to quote our work - helping us contain our costs and work smart in our yard. It took us a little while to nail him down to specific days (but that just speaks to how in demand he is) but I have been very happy to meet with Eric each morning as he and his crew always show up before I needed to leave for work. We discuss the previous days progress and talk options. The drainage issues are still in progress and even though we had a small rain delay Eric stayed to personally observer where the water was coming from. He offered up suggestions on how to address it within our budget. I am confident that Eric and his team will address our issues. Eric and his crew are so nice to work with. Zero attitude. Very flexible. And they work really hard. I think we will be giving Eric's team most if not all of our business as we renovate our home.
