+ -1 moreThe owner of the company teaches AC on the college level. Therefore all his techs know how to diagnose and fix a problem. He came in a timely manner the day he was called. He is a professional who is dependable, honest and reasonable. He and his staff also have a sense of humor. That goes a long way when you are having an anxiety attack due to unscrupulous AC contractors in the past. So what could be better than this? I will be using him for sure in the future.
Description of Work: Problem: No cold air/ hot air was blowing and would not shut off. RMI came to diagnose the problem. He replaced the heat sequencer the day he was called.

+ 0 moreThey arrived on time with all the parts. It could not have gone better. It is refreshing to find a firm that is honest and does not try to take advantage of a customer that is a part time resident.
Description of Work: We had a refrigerant leak and initially called another contractor that gave us a ridiculous repair price. Being in the business in WI I knew I was being taken. I was referred to Dave robert through an industry friend. His guys fixed our leak, installed a filter grill and ran some additional duct work.
