Was told it was a free estimate to come out and see if problem could be found. Was not told of any service fee or if anything would be charged if ANYTHING was done. Technician came out and obviously had to cut the drywall to try and find the problem. He did a few tests and figured out that just the handles were not tightened enough. It was such an extremely easy fix. Asked if he could check out one other things since already there. No exaggeration, he literally only tightened two screws and adjusted the chains on two toilets. We were then told the visit would cost us $120.00!! We feel we should have been told either when we called or BEFORE a screw or two would be tightened what the charges would be so we could make the choice of having the "so called" work done. We don't have a problem and understand that there could be a charge or a service fee but we feel $120.00 is extremely high for tightening two bolts and adjusting two toilet chains when we were told this was a free estimate. But as stated, charges should be explained BEFORE anything is done.

Technician arrived early. Technician was able to assessed the problem in a relative quick time and also order the part that needed to be replaced. Once the ordered part arrived I was able to scheduled a second appointment within a couple of days. The technician was able to do the job within an hour.

Be careful! What they do not tell you on the phone when scheduling that if they have to open a wall they will charge you 250 which will go towards repair. The technician that came out made sure I was aware before he started any work. Luckily I had fix my dry wall and screwed it in so I had to (they are not allowed to do anything Outside of plumbing) take that down before any work could be done. I didn’t need any work done due to it was a appliance problem. The worker gave me a few pointers and was really nice.

The job went great. Anthony came out when we had asked. Looked at the old water heater. Gave us a quote that was reasonable. Had the new water heater on his truck. Did the work quickly and effectively. He cleaned up well. Overall this was a great job.

It went perfectly. RJK was the 3rd company used to clear my drains. They have been a constant problem over the 13 years since purchasing this home. RJK is the only company that has resolved the issue. Since the repair its the first time each drain runs independent of the other. Plumber, Mr. Martinez, used heavy equipment to get the job done, None of the previous plumbers (all highly rated from Angles List) had/used any such professional equipment. One guy even went up on my roof to fix the drain! Being an apartment dwelling city girl from the North East, I still don't understand [that] connection. Adding to my stress, I was alerted by my neighbor that the exterior faucet to the main water drain was leaking. Now the situation became an emergency. I called and explained to RJK who sent Mr. Martinez OUT THE SAME DAY. He replaced the faucet and the disposal. Everything, now, works smoothly.

Without incident, but it was a bit more messy than expected. Price was more than expected at /over the high range for this service.

After calling another company, listed first on Angie's List and not receiving any help because the technician called me one hour after I had made the initial phone call and told me he couldn't come until the morning, I contacted this company. Jack called me back within five minutes, and told me he was in Altamonte Springs and had just woken up so it would take him some time to reach Dr. Phillips. I thought it would take him at least an hour to get here, but he was at my house in under 45 minutes. He immediately identified the problem and had the equipment available to fix the issue. He fixed the leak in the toilet as well as the handheld bidet that was missing a part, and even helped us find the outside valve to turn the water off in an emergency that my son and I hadn't been able to locate in all the drama. He was also very friendly, and instead of being upset that we had woken him up in the middle of the night from across town, he apologized for the inconvenience we had suffered!

Tech was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about both types of valves. Set to work after inventory of parts. Start to finish. About 3.5 hours.

The problem was fixed at that moment. he gave only 3 months guarantee on the fix, so don't know how long it will hold. Cost wise big rip off.Did not explain in the beginning clearly how much the service cost. Regardless, i paid close to $200 for exactly 10 min jobs. BIG RIP OFF. later found out the correct cost of the service should be only $50-$60.

I filled out their online appointment request form on Saturday evening. Received a call this morning (Monday) stating that someone would be available between noon and 4pm. Around 1:30pm I got a text message saying the technician, Daniel, was on his way. I also received an email with Daniel's photograph and short bio. Daniel arrived about 10-15 minutes later. He looked at the problem, gave me the repair cost and said that if I agreed to the cost he would need to go to their supply station and pick up the part. He said that would take about an hour. I agreed. But, before he left to do that I asked him about the water main shut off (we just bought the house and are first time owners). He took me to the meter box, showed me how to open it and explained the procedure for determining which meter was mine and what to do it there was ever a problem. He also showed me where the sewage overflow was and explained how it worked. When he returned from the supply station (well within the hour predicted), he immediately got to work and was done in a short time. I don't have a washing machine yet to hook up, but the spigots look good! Daniel was great! I really appreciate him taking the time to explain things to me regarding the work he was doing as well as answering all of my other plumbing related questions.

David was great! He explained what the job entailed and provided a free estimate. We scheduled the work before he left. On the appointed day, he showed up as scheduled and completed the job as described. He was very tidy. Even after cutting into drywall to complete the repair, my laundry room was clean! I liked the emailed receipt that included before/after pictures.

Chris was great! He was very courteous and informative. The information provided was helpful and he fixed the issue with my water pressure. The price paid for the Angie's List special was reasonable, I will use the services of R.J. Kielty and their representative Chris again.

The company, to date, has not contacted me.

I booked the information on 5/19 and they schedule service same day. The tech. (David) was running late but came to home at 9:00 p.m for service and complete his service by 10:00 p.m. I appreciate his dedication and apology for late arrival. David inspected all connection and checked for any leakage through whole house. David was tired but did not make a short cut to finish his work. He had nice behavior and apologetic voice for our patience. We did not expect that late service. I sincerely appreciate David help and company who is in business so long. RJ believes in customer satisfaction and they prove it. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing service. Thanks, Kirit

Same day response to our problem. Were notified when he was on the way to our home. Promptly diagnosed issue and resolved within one hour. Even though work performed was outside, he was very neat and clean. Extremely polite service from David and very happy with outcome, highly recommend this company.

Overall, my service was excellent. David was great; timely and courteous.

Everything was perfect and we will absolutely be using them in the future if any plumbing issues arise!

The repair person came out in a timely manner for an emergency call on a Sunday early evening and they did the repair. Unf Unfortunately in a few hours after they left the repair did not hold and had to be redone on the following day. They did offer to come out that evening but since it was so late I opted to let them come out the following morning and they were there when they said they would be and did the repair with no further issues.

I was pleased with their work. I like the fact they are family owned and operated. The technician, Gerry, came out and was very good. He came out on time, installed the new heater, and did everything I asked with no problems. I had them pick out the water heater and they were able to get one that was same as the old one. I would have them back for future work.

I contacted several companies for quotes to replace a dishwasher. Of the 4 that I contacted, RJ Kielty was one of two that gave me the lowest quote. When I spoke to them on the phone, they did advise me that every job is different, and without seeing everything, the quote would only be approximate, and that the actual price could be higher. I chose them because they said they would be able to have the problem repaired next-day, but the other company would not. I scheduled my appointment, and was given the "8-11am" time slot. At 8:15, I received a call from Tom with RJ Kielty, saying that he was on his way, and would arrive at my house around 9am. When he arrived, Tom looked at the old and new dishwasher, then went out to his truck to get his tools and also drop cloths, which he spread over my kitchen floor. When entering my house, he removed his shoes without being asked to. It took about an hour to remove the old dishwasher, and install the new one. After it was installed, Tom ran a test cycle, and also removed the old dishwasher at no charge. He cleaned up everything, and charged me exactly the price that I had been quoted over the phone the previous day.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAD TO CALL THEM AT 6 AM. RIGHT AWAY, THEY CALLED AND TOLD ME WHAT TO DO. IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY HONEST. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I WAS KIND OF SHOCKED AT THE PRICE, MAYBE IT WAS INITIAL SHOCK. I HADN'T HAD PLUMBING WORK IN A WHILE. THEY DID GIVE ME A REDUCED PRICE FOR REMOVAL OF WATER IN THE BASEBOARDS. I WAS TOLD IT COULD'VE BEEN WORSE.
