fixed.. tech worked about an hour to unstick valve by cycling back and forth. Suggested I get new system. Arranged for estimate. Pushed solar powered system with email estimate, even though I told rep I did not want solar.

Very smooth. Plumbing guys arrived first and set everything up. Then the electrician came and did his part and done.

Very bad work didnt find ac drainage and left without doing anything ,dont recomment them

It was definitely a quality service and I had no problems with them at all. The workers were very professional and of good quality. They left the area clean and as they found it.

4 days and 3 tech to figure out the problem was the blower motor. One tech gave me a price on a blower motor $700 for after market - $950 for OEM. The next tech said aftermarket could not be used and OEM was $1150. After some talking and negotiating $952 was as low as they would go and they could not do it for another day. Plus needed a $400 deposit. Found another provider 20% lower cost same day service.

I think it was free, I am not sure. I like Rinaldi?s. I have never had any problems with their service. The reason why I give them a ?B? is because I spent a lot of money on a new air conditioner and I am still a little angry, because I wasn?t ready to spend $17,000 on an air conditioning unit. I felt like I was sort of manipulated into it, I don?t know. It was the first time I had brought a heat or air conditioner. I brought the house in 2008, so in my mind the one that was in there was an upgraded one. Anyway, I thought it should have lasted a little longer, but who knows. I maintained it twice a year and then all of a sudden now they were telling me, "you know!" The other thing is when you live in Florida, it was Christmas and I had to do something. It kind of felt like I had repairmen out here that were trying to be sells people too. It kind of felt like I was being maneuvered. My husband said, ?just replace it!? Normally their prices are, I think in the moderate to high range. They are not cheap. Just because I have used them forever, I just stick with them.

They stood behind everything. They worked with all the permitting, so if the inspectors were being quarky they came right out and fixed the issue. They were good with being sure the job was done right and made minimal headache for me owners. Worked well with the other tradesmen on project.

For more than a decade my elderly parents have used Rinaldi's for AC and plumbing service. When they developed a leak in their bathroom Rinaldi came out and said all there was mold and all the existing copper plumbing in the house needed replacement. My folks hired them and that’s when it became a complete nightmare. They cut open floors and walls, and filled the house with concrete and gypsum dust, left tools and equipment lying about, all creating a hazardous living environment. This went on for months. The crew was completely inept and left unsupervised for days. They didn’t even have a vacuum, fan or plastic sheeting. They took five months to do a 2-week job. When I consulted another plumber, I was told the re-piping was completely unnecessary. Rinaldi left holes in the walls and ceilings, the house looked post-apocalyptic when they left.. I am filling a complaint with the state contractors board! If my parents weren’t so elderly, I would file a lawsuit, too.

Our AC went out on the 4th of July, by the time I did some basic diagnostics to make sure it wasn't a small issue, it was around 1:30 PM. I called Rinaldi's after checking some reviews. They only charged an extra $20 for same day service ON THE 4th, which I thought was amazing, and they said they would be there between 5-7 pm. Rick showed up around 4:30 pm, did the diagnostics, knew right away the run capacitor was bad. He replaced the Chinese capacitor with a capacitor Made in USA, did a full check of the system, and was done by 5:15. Absolutely amazing response from Rinaldi's on a big holiday was so impressive. Thank you so much.

They had a repairman out within three hours of when we called. It would have been $1000 to replace the motor on a 28 year old system that could of course come up with something else wrong at any time. We opted for a brand new system which included the inside unit, the outside unit and the thermostat. Two technicians were out here the following day to install. It was an all day job (9AM to 6 PM) but they installed everything very professionally and it works perfectly. They are coming back out to pretty it up and make sure everything is working as advertised. They offer twelve month no interest financing which is great. The technicians who installed the system and the original tech that came out to try and repair our old system were all friendly and helpful making sure to ask us several times if we had any questions. We have used Rinaldi's for our annual maintenance contract on the A/C for years and are very happy with the work that they do.

This company is always on point. Their estimates are always reasonable for the work they are offering. The work performed is always good and employees are always courteous. They also generally teach me something whenever they come out. I've used them several times, mainly for plumbing. I've tried getting estimates from other companies, but Rinaldi always seems to come through with their estimates, service, and overall diagnosis of the problem. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future issue I have.

Very professional, courteous workers had tight access, but did a great job. They had been recommended by a relative so I knew the end result would be good, and it certainly was! Vastly improved efficiency, comfort level in the house. They cleaned up completely after the work was done. My previous review of this job was before completion, and I rated the price as C with all else A. Now I realize they went above and beyond in many ways. Not cheap, but they are excellent.

Major job; they're doing it right. They were recommended by my daughter, also in Orlando area, for service 6 years ago of the same type.

The tech was on time and the sink was fixed really fast. He wore protective covers on his shoes and did not leave any mess at all. He was courteous and explained what happened. Awesome job.

I called Rinaldi's on Sunday around noon. Within an hour, the repair technician arrived at my home. He immediately diagnosed and repaired my a/c. While Jimmy was checking to make sure the new part was working, he also cleaned out my condensation line and replaced my filter (something I always seem to forget to do!) Excellent job; great turnaround; knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will definitely use them again!

The technicians don't have a lot of competence. They try to up-sell you.

Initially there was a dispute regarding the warranty on a previous air handler and the proposed credit but all issues have been resolved satisfactorily and amicably. We have used Rinaldi's exclusively for several years and purchased two a/c systems, water heater, and routine maintenance. We always have felt that the work was done professionally and correctly and if there was an area of improvement it would be more complete communication with the homeowner. A/C systems are as, if not more, important and expensive as automobiles in Florida.

Service provider responded on a Saturday and replaced AC Fan motor. Called around 11:00 AM and technician was at my door by 4:30 P.M. Replaced the fan motor and got the system up and working again. I think service call fee was $165 which seemed high and the motor unit was around $500 again which seemed high to me, but then again they responded quickly on a Saturday in the summertime when service calls are at their highest.

I called late Sunday afternoon when my air quit working. I asked for a service call on Monday. I did not need them to come out on Sunday. They came this morning and took care of everything. I have used Rinaldi's for over 15 years and have no complaints.
