Rick and his team are extremely professional. Each night before they left they cleaned up the mess and any used materials. His employees are very cordial and polite. Very trustworthy. I would have them back in my home for work anytime, and recommend his work. It was beautiful and beyond my expectations.

Absolutely wonderful! Ricky is the best and he went above and beyond at all hours to help us get our home ready by move in time! Ricky doesn't just deal with floors he can do anything! His team was wonderful and we still have more projects to do and there is no one else we would rather use!

Ricks Flooring Services Inc. is very honest and trustworthy. I can let them in my home and not have to worry about it. The workers are very professional. They all come wearing their Ricks Flooring shirts. They have done a phenomenal job and have been very detail oriented. They try to come up with solutions and not necessarily the most expensive solutions, but they're willing to work with you. We had actually looked for a contractor in our area for about six months. We were super, super impressed and very lucky to find Rick.

It went very well they did beautiful job with installation of cabinets .They are pro work like an artist. Very happy with the work so I end up giving them lots of other work of remodeling my house. Rick is honest fair guy and he does beautiful work.

Rick Torres and his crew are perfectionist that REALLY know what they are doing. They had to move all our furniture around as they worked and they took just as much care moving my furniture as they did installing the floors. They stayed as late as necessary to make sure we were back to some kind of normal before they left each evening. Living in your home while all the floors are being replaced is tricky and doing it right before Christmas was probably crazy but this crew knew exactly what they were doing and we all lived through it. Watching Rick lay the Travertine tile in the french pattern with such ease was amazing. He is truly an artist. And the guys who were laying the hardwood were just as experienced. If it tells you anything about the company, all the guys that worked at our house have been with Rick for at least 5+ years. I would HIGHLY reccomend Rick Torres and his crew if you want your floors installed correctly. The flooring cost is too much to have people install it that don't care about the quality of their work. This group cares !!
