We called him to clean our grout. Looking through the photos he posted. We needed help with cleaning. He came at a timely manor. He looked at the grout and said he can get it clean. $400 later, the grout looked the same. I let him know we were not satisfied and he said he would come back to retouch it. He never showed up. We called him and he picked up saying wrong number. Keep your word and your business might have a chance.

The owner came out to do the job. He was on time, friendly, and did a great job. The house smelled amazing when he was done. Highly recommend. :)

Ricky Reyes is the owner/operator and I must say he did a fantastic job! The previous tenants had cats and the carpets were dirty and loaded with fur and dander. Ricky steam cleaned then raked the carpets and they were spotless and odorless. He was also able to significantly lighten the dirty grout and make the tile floor look new. I would definitely recommend his work and will certainly use him again. He takes pride in what he does and it shows!
