Description of Work: Replaced the reverse osmosis (RO) unit located under the kitchen sink, and tuned up the water softener and filter unit located in the garage.

Description of Work: The water in our newly purchased home was in question from the time we moved in. Our dog got sick drinking the water and it had a strong chemical smell. It is City water, but still we thought it was a problem. When we received a card suggesting a free water test, we took up the offer. Later we learned from a news report that doing this entailed risks of being talked into products and services that most homeowners do not really need. However, given our concerns about the water, we followed up with Reps H2O. The representative who visited us provided us with useful information. Yes, it was also a sales call. Nonetheless, our water tested very high for chlorine and sediment. We agreed to have the water system installed. We did research the company with the Better Business Bureau and on the internet. We learned there were many water purification systems that were much less expensive than Reps H2O and we questioned the President about that. He was very forthright and pointed out the difference in the their systems and other products. Since we previously had a water purification system in our old house, we were familiar with the overall idea of the system and agreed to go forward. The sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and while selling, did not push the product. The installation mechanic did a great job. Very experienced. He did a nice job in making the hole in our new quartz countertop to install the under sink system. The main purification tank and salt containers are outside our home. They were installed very neatly doing no damage to surrounding pipes and air-conditioning units. I would definitely recommend RepsH2O if you can afford the top of the line purification system. We have experienced purified water for over a month now and are very pleased with the result. The dog is drinking the water now with no ill effects. The difference in the water quality for showering and laundry is just as the sales rep said. We love it!
