+ -1 moreI have used Paul before with satisfactory results. He is a knowledgeable, hardcore salesman (which is good if you're trying to sell your house). However, in this case he recommended we do significant remodeling to facilitate the sale. We following his professional guidance, and even used his contractor. The result was turning a $550K house into a $400K house. The work kept the house off of the market for 4 months. His contractor was a disaster and we had to fire him and hire another to fix his mess and complete the job. At this point Paul's motivation disappeared. We are on to a new realtor after carrying the house and spending significant money for "upgrades" that actually detracted from the property value.
