Brian was very courteous and unclogged pressure switch in record time! Gave me useful info about GE washers. Even had a look at my garbage disposal, tweaked it and had it working in 5 minutes! Have used Reliable Appliance before and was pleased with service then as well. I highly recommend this company for courteous, fast, and reliable service!

I am very impressed! Had a problem with my He Whirlpool washer on 3/14. Called American Home Shield, my home warranty provider, to have a repairman out on a Saturday. They couldn't guarantee me a company that provided Saturday service and all the companies they were going to assign had horrible reviews from several sites. Finally decided to find a company myself, Reliable Appliance had rave reviews on several review sites. Called and had an appointment scheduled for very next Saturday, 3/17, between 12-3 p.m.. Brian was the service tech, called me at 11:30 Saturday to let me know he was on his way. He was very prompt, respectable, and knowledgeable. I explained the sound the washer was making and he immediately pulled out the washer, lifted it and showed me the problem. He was able to make the repair immediately and also let me know some tips for better, more efficient use of the washer. Problem solved within 30 minutes! After I paid the bill, and as he was getting ready to leave, he asked if I was having any other appliance problems. I told him I was having a problem putting the water filter into my fridge and couldn't seem to get in properly. He asked me for the filter, proceeded to get down on his knees and popped it into place immediately. And then told me it was no charge when he could have charged a service fee at least. Now that is customer service! Reliable Appliance Repair, Reliable Service & Supply, LLC, has a customer for life!

Was told that electronic board was totally gone. I told him it does start but takes 20 minutes to do so. He said it no longer works and would take 472.00 to replace plus possibly there could be other things wrong with the washer that would need to be repaired. I was able to wash a small load of clothes after he left, but again took 20 minutes to start and did not drain all the way.

The technician showed up and collected our $59 service call fee. He did not have the parts on his truck as I was assured. He wanted $350 to fix the dishwasher door the next week. We had several calls from them the next week to reschedule him, but after watching a 5 minute youtube video, and ordering a $30 part off Amazon, my non-techy husband was able to fix it himself. I was stunned that it was so easy. No wonder they kept calling for an appointment. They would have been happy to collect that outrageous amount for such a simple job. I would never use them again. Untrustworthy and expensive!

The technician ran a cycle with no cloth - told us we were using too much detergent, diagnosed bad springs and then after I asked several times about the control board diagnosed a bad control board citing inconsistent water temp. The technician did not run diagnostics on the control board. Total repair if I chose to go forward $530. I bought the Angie membership after the service call and I was surprised to find that they were on the list.

He was here for a little over an hour. They gave me $40 off the regular price. After he left I looked on line and the part (heating element) was $33.00. I called and spoke to Tony and he told me they go by a labor price list and that's what the price is for replacing a heating element. He didn't even pull out the refrigerator and check anything in the back. I feel I was overcharged, but at the time when I authorized the service I had no idea what the part cost. I didn't feel like I had much choice- if I said no and called someone else I would have had to pay a service charge to both of them. He did speak to me about it so I give him a B for professionalism. Absolutely would not recommend or use again.

The technician was very professional and shared a lot of good info with me. He was also good about cleaning up. Overall a great experience.

I contacted vendor from a name in the yellow pages, honestly. I live in a small town outside of Orlando and hoped they would service my area. I called at 8:30am and spoke with a wonderfully nice lady on the phone who was extremely helpful. She confirmed they would service my area but the service charge would cost a little more for them to come. Normally $59, but added $20 more to go 3 more miles out of their service area for a total of $79....fine. The lady on the phone said they had a special where if we repaired the oven, they would take $20 off service call and another $20 off just for the special they were running. I was given an appointment of 10am-1pm....on the same day I called....really? who does that anymore? I was thrilled. They called ahead of time, confirmed address and were at my house at 10am sharp. One guy was the technician and the other was in training. Both very nice, polite, and fast. Determined the computer board on the oven was bad. Manufacturer had the part on back order and would cost $400. They would deduct the service call from the $400 and I would owe $320ish if I wanted to repair. They were prompt, clean, professional and great to work with. We decided not to have the part ordered as the over is already 15 years old and I can buy a new one for $800. I would definately use this company again for any appliance need. I was disappointed in the extra $20 to go the 3 extra miles...literally 3 miles and was surprised that the $20 off special was not honored so I still paid the $79. If we were getting the oven fixed, I would call them back in a heartbeat....just thought the service call was a little much, but grateful they came to my area.

The person I spoke with on the phone was very professional and willing to assist me as fast as they could. They were coming out that day and I was happy to hear that. We will consider them again. The service charge was $59.95 but we didn't have to pay it.

He replaced the washer spin cycle and had me working 15 min. He spared me day1. Wow. Great job!
